Une pizza qui impressionne dès la première bouchée. La pâte, légère mais ferme sous la dent, offre un croquant délicat sans jamais tomber dans l'excès. Les rebords sont parfaitement cuits, savoureux plutôt que secs - on sent la maîtrise du four. Le fromage, bien choisi & goûteux, se mêle à une sauce tomate pleine de fraîcheur pour créer un équilibre vraiment réussi. Tout paraît simple, mais on sent le soin derrière chaque détail. Alex, qui tient l'endroit à lui seul, livre un travail d'une constance remarquable : il est méticuleux, passionné & ça transparaît dans l'assiette. Une pizza authentique, généreuse, faite avec coeur.

I don't know how he gets the dough so thin & crispy while remaining pleasantly chewy ; dare I say this restaurant is now my favorite pizza place! (… sorry Pizza Bouquet, I still love you)

Super nice guy making delicious food. We got the truffle pizza & the crust & flavour were perfect. Thin yet crispy & rich in mushroom taste without being too salty or heavy

Got the margherita, super good, very fairly priced. Pick-up only. Crust is thin & crispy, cheese was deeply salty, basil is chopped instead of a few leaves just thrown on the pizza. Consider me impressed!
Bonne pizza & bon prix mais compréhensible car pas de place pour manger. Ma description, prend une bonne pâte de quartier & ajoute des toppings plus fancy. 🙂Ils vont monter les prix bientôt, on verra si ça reste une aussi bonne affaire.
