Pizza parfaite!!

Pâte mince & croustillante.

Le choix facile à faire de classique simple avec super ingrédients.
Le Louis-Cyr entre autre fait toute la différence, avec une sauce tomate excellente (épicée ou pas ou demandez entre les deux)
Alexis très sympathique & passionné.

J'aurais pas cru, mais la trempette Vice (ail & fromage) est maintenant un incontournable.

Caché mais quand même facile à trouvé.

On y revient... régulièrement.

Best Pizza in Rosemont/Petite Patrie & greater area.
Thin & Crispy dough that holds horizontally. The tomato is just right. All the ingredients are fresh & of excellent quality. The owner is doing a excellent job in preparing the dough on a daily basis.
I will certainly return to Pizza Balagan.

Des pizzas d'une qualité incroyable, de la texture de la pâte aux ingrédients dessus, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. C'était la première fois que nous y allions, mais vraiment pas la dernière. Alex, le chef est vraiment passionné & ça se ressent ! (Pensez à réserver à l'avance pour éviter le sold out)

Je viens d'essayer Pizza Balagan pour la première fois & j'ai de la misère à me rappeler une meilleure pizza à Montréal.

goût parfaitement balancé, texture juste parfaite, ingrédients de qualité. c'est vraiment, vraiment solide. La barre était haute & j'ai pas été déçu.
