The man has the NYC style pizza down pat down. A humble, compact one-man operation led with great spirit. The pizza is of impressive quality, spectacularly crafted dough. I thoroughly enjoyed the truffle mushroom pizza. Doesn't top my local list but makes an impressive mark on it.

Les pizzas sont ✨incroyables✨ & généreuses! Je n'ai jamais autant apprécié une pâte à pizza, c'est la meilleure pâte que j'ai goûté de ma vie (& je n'exagère pas). Le propriétaire a expliqué qu'il a fait des itérations avec des recettes différentes pendant des années avant d'arriver à ce résultat, & ça se ressent.
Mention spéciale pour la pizza dessert qui est mon nouveau péché mignon & la pizza à la truffe, qui est excellente. 🍕
Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir connu les pizzas Balagan plus tôt 🤩
