The place to be! My son & I go all the time. The place is also so aesthetically pleasing-it has such a nice, cozy vibe. They give generous portions of delicious ice cream, & if you're staying, they even offer pastries for free. The staff is always so welcoming & kind. A big shoutout to, I think her name is Melissa-she is always so sweet, welcoming, & professional. Definitely one of our favourite spots! 🍦🤍
I was excited to try Pistachio after hearing good things, & the space itself is beautiful - modern, cozy, & perfect for catching up with friends. The staff were welcoming, & the presentation of the desserts was honestly impressive.
Unfortunately, the taste didn't live up to the visuals. Most of the desserts looked luxurious but leaned way too sweet, making it hard to appreciate the individual flavors. Some pastries also lacked freshness & ended up feeling a little dry. For the price they should be upfront or show a price lists, I expected more depth & better texture.
The menu is clearly inspired by Middle Eastern & Mediterranean desserts, with ingredients like pistachio, rose, saffron, & kunafa. I appreciated the concept, but I felt the execution focused more on appearance than flavor.
It's definitely an Instagram-worthy spot, but I wouldn't come back just for the desserts unless the recipes become more balanced. Overall, a decent experience, but not one that matched the hype, sorry.
They had an interesting BOGO deal on cheesecakes, so I decided to try the pistachio cheesecake. It did not disappoint at all! It was the perfect treat if you have a sweet tooth.
I'd definitely come back to try the other items on the menu next time.

We tired the pasteries trompe-l'oeil & it was so creamy crunchy & super good. Decently such a good ambient nice sweet music & defenetly would come back
Super cute place for all of the girlies & influencers (which I am not but I have a monthly budget for sweets!) I got the viral trompe l'oeil & it was a little disappointing. Took them to go & the box opened in the car had to eat them on the way. Beautiful on the outside but tasted like regular vanilla ice cream on the inside with rock hard interior. Good for pictures!
Very cute place! It has lots of unique desserts & they are super sweet! Very passionate about what they do. Must visit in Montreal for the viral crunchy fruit.
we got a huge order for my family 2 chimney cakes, ice cream & a mango trompe l'oeil for my parents. they don't really eat sweets but they really liked it. the chimney cakes were delightful as well. & the service ? 10/10 definitely worth the detour!
