The experience was great. The desserts were really yammy & fresh. We had a'cacao' & a raspberry pistache dessert. & also a great size chimney dubai cake. It was freshly baked & supper stuffed of pistache & strawberries. The staff were really friendly.
We'll be coming back soon!

Les Chimeny cake sont vraiment remplis( j'ai pris chimeny cake Dubai je le recommande fortement). Les desserts orientaux sont excellents ( la quantité de noix est remarquable). Merci pour le service de qualité & l'ambiance agréable.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that I felt it deserved a warning to other customers.

I ordered two cheesecakes through Uber Eats & literally bit into a rock hidden inside one of them.

I called the restaurant simply to make them aware of the issue. Instead of receiving an apology or reassurance that the matter would be investigated, the employee who answered was dismissive & rude. She interrupted me multiple times, told me it wasn't her problem because she doesn't make the cakes herself, & seemed reluctant to provide her name when I asked.

Mistakes happen. Finding a rock in a cheesecake is bad enough, but the complete lack of concern for customer safety & the attitude I received when reporting it were even more disappointing... did they make this cake on the floor? 🫠

J'ai commandé deux gâteaux au fromage sur Uber Eats & j'ai littéralement mordu dans ce qui semblait être une roche.

J'ai appelé le restaurant simplement pour les informer du problème. Au lieu de recevoir des excuses ou l'assurance que la situation serait vérifiée, la personne qui m'a répondu a été impolie & désinvolte. Elle m'a interrompue à plusieurs reprises, m'a dit que ce n'était pas son problème puisqu'elle ne préparait pas les gâteaux elle-même, & a semblé hésiter à me donner son nom lorsque je l'ai demandé.

Les erreurs arrivent. Trouver une roche dans un gâteau au fromage est déjà inacceptable, mais le manque total de préoccupation pour la sécurité des clients & la façon dont ma plainte a été traitée étaient encore plus fous

They are quite expensive imo. I got one thing of the pear cake & a slice of chocolate cake & my order came to around 30 dollars. Their fruit cakes are priced at 15 dollars & a slice of cake is 10 dollars. The pear cake was nothing special tbh. The jam itself had minimal flavour. I think they are charging more for aesthetics if anything. The cake was good though. It was moist & the cream was very light. Was it worth 10 dollars? Nope but it tasted good & I'd consider it a worthwhile splurge.

The mannequin by the window genuinely creeped me out. The rest of the decor is very nice though.
