For the taste, it's not bad for Portuguese chicken, but there are other places that make better. I paid roughly close to 15$ with a Facebook coupon & you have to mention the deals, otherwise you'd be charged for the full price. I really liked their fries & salad. Overall, it's decent.
Ordered the chicken sandwich & the chicken poutine. The sandwich was OK… but the chicken in the poutine was awful. Only managed a few bites. Full of bones, gristle, & tasteless chicken. There are far better Portuguese chicken joints in the area, wouldn't recommend.
Service was fast & friendly from the get go. I got the chicken breast combo with fries & salad. I had never tried Portuguese before, but that sauce was on point. Food was served hot & the sauce was spicy which made it even better. The fries were crispy & delicious as was the chicken well cooked & crispy. I would definitely recommend
Yesterday, I went to eat at Piri Piri for the first time. I had heard good things about it, so I decided to give it a chance - WOW!!
I would 100% recommend it. The service was great, the food was amazing, & the place was so clean. I totally understand the hype - best chicken place!
Piri Piri Mont Royal is by far, the best place to eat good portuguese chicken! Not only will you love the chicken, but the customer service provided by Yosef is unmatched! Not only talking for me...I witnessed my man take care of the customers like they were royalty...literally taking time to make sure everybody's needs were met & answering every inquiry with calm & with such patience...Aminata's service at the cash was also top tier, matching Yosef's energy with a big smile a such politeness! This team is 🔥! Out of the Piri Piri restaurants I've been, the Mont Royal location is definitely the best👌🏾

I bloody this place! I thought life had no meaning until I chewed on that succulent chicken or should I say poulet? 😜 what makes this place even better was the server. Handsome af!!!! Come way better than all those crappy places in the city where you have to remortgage your house!!
Seems like a good place to eat some semi healthy food! I ordered the bowl with both half rice & half quinoa & i can say both were good! Chicken was good too. The servants were so kind! The corn & vegetables were fresh & delicious! The bowl is big enough to make one person fill fully. Overall, i suggest visiting & i will do if It is on my way

Not sure why this place does not have 5 stars, but it should! Food was amazing, staff was super friendly & helpful & were able to break down the menu for us. Absolutely try everything! Chicken was true to the Portuguese Piri Piri chicken style, unlike many others. A must if you like grilled Portuguese chicken.
I've been at this restaurant for years! after a long night & day at work, it's my favorite spot to go grab some fresh & delicious chicken bowls. The employees are soooo adorable, generous & friendly! I simply adore the vibes. & my wrecked body & mind from work is thanking you, lol feels very good. Recommend 100%!! :-)
Please ignore the bad reviews - honestly - "they forgot my sauce?" Really? These are the same people that complain at hotels for clean towels every single day!! Don't listen to me - overall this location has a 4 out of 5 star rating with over 1,400 reviews. That's what you should listen to! The chicken is excellent, sides as well & the price is right - ESPECIALLY in Montreal where you could pay $15.00 for a sandwich that tastes 1/2 as good. The staff? They take care of their business efficiently. I go out of my way to go to this Plateau location. If you are a Portuguese chicken lover, no frills, just good food & SERVICE ... this is your spot.
