Le Pirate de Laval is an upscale Italian & Seafood restaurant that everybody must try. This place is not your usual fine Italian restaurant; its interior makes this restaurant so unique.
The restaurant is located in Pont Viau district of Laval on Des Laurentides Boulevard, and has been there for the past 27 years. Repas menu St-Valentin :
- Queues d'homard a $68, très mauvaise cuisson & impossible de retirer la chair d'homard de son écaille, avons retourné le plat & le second (après plus de 15 minutes d'attente) toujours mauvaise cuisson, oublie le beurre à l'ail & petite fourchette, donc toujours pareil, vraiment très décevant.
- Rib Steak à $50, bon mais très mince & qui couvrait en dessous une petite cuillère de patates pilées & un morceau de brocoli & de piment, vraiment pas de félicitations pour la présentation de l'assiette.
- La coquille St-Jacques a l'homard, nous cherchons encore les morceaux d'homard, très déçu…
Notre expérience à ce restaurant nous a laissé malheureusement sur notre appétit & nous y retournerons plus.

Nous avons organisé un 30e anniversaire à ce restaurant. Un suivi serré a été fait avant la date pour s'assurer du menu, du nombre de personne, de nos attentes, etc. Service excellent & serveuse à l'écoute & surtout, souriante & efficace. Nous avons manqué de rien. Sincèrement, je recommande les yeux fermés. La nourriture est bonne aussi. Merci à toute l'équipe pour service & ambiance. 🎉🙏
We absolutely love this wonderful gem of restaurant. The food is fantastic & the service is outstanding. Gino is the main man. Service with a smile & a laugh. We've been here on many occasions & the quality of the delicious plates has been solid & consistent with every visit. We look forward to every family occasion here.
Held my son's first birthday at Le Pirate, & we couldn't have asked for better food & service for the price. Thanks to Alex for making this a family memory.

Quel belle découverte. La nourriture est excellente. Le pain est sublime, mon plat d'escalope de veau à la marsala vraiment bonne. Les pâtes sont délicieuse. J'y retournerais c'est sûr Bravo! Restez italien c'est bon

This was my first time at this restaurant & i have to say from the outside not impressive but once you get inside i was impressed very clean & nice atmosphere.
The staff was very nice & friendly & gave us good service.
The food was great i had probably one of the best rib steak i ever had from restaurant it was good melted in your mouth.There dessert was also very good.
We were 10 peoples & we all had a great time also we had 3 young children & we made them share one pasta plate & unlike other restaurants they didn't give us hard time about it which is very nice.
There was a few hiccups but nothing major mostly my son got is lasagna way after us we were almost finish & they didn't have some desserts we wanted to have but like i said nothing really negative here.
Nous sommes allés deux fois & avons été conquis deux fois. Le service est excellent, l'ambiance plutôt intime. On a l'impression d'être dans la cale d'un bateau avec un cachet viellot que j'ai beaucoup aimé. Que dire de leurs sauces? C'est sans contredit les meilleures que j'ai eu la chance de goûter. Les pâtes arrabiata sont absolument parfaites, un 10/10, piquantes juste comme il faut. La lasagne est la meilleure que j'ai mangée. Les arancinis sont tellement bons; leur salade de mozzarella l'est tout autant. Les déserts sont également tous excellents. Notre restaurant préféré qui a malheureusement créé une accoutumance, nous allons devoir y retourner encore & encore. Merci pour vos bons plats!
