This place is a nice place to sit but the branch managers are trying their best to push people away ! Weirdly I had the same experience in two of their locations. The managers act "too busy" don't wanna even talk to you, it's like trying to meet a celebrity! First time was when I wanted to book a birthday party & manager straight up told me he's busy & walked away , had to chase him & talk while walking , didn't even reply before going to the back !!! & 2nd time when I came with a business guest at 11:30 pm & we just wanted to have coffee but they said everything is reserved starting 12, & I wanted to plead with manager to have a cup of coffee & leave before 12 but he wouldn't even hear me !! It's sad , I like thier atmosphère in both places & their servers seem to be nice people . I had a takeaway from this place once & food & coffee was average tbh
Good food, service, great atmosphere . Lately the music has been wayyy too loud! Impossible to have a normal conversation without yelling. Is this a club or a restaurant
If I could add a hundred stars, I would. Every day, I order from Pigeon Cafe (my medication makes me nauseous & Pigeon Cafe's food is the only thing I found that didn't - on ne change pas une équipe qui gagne😉). Food 10/10, staff's kindness 10000/10. - Bianca T.
Food quality is probably 3 stars but when you factor in how much they charge it goes down to 2. The decor is pretty, but the noise level ranges from high to very high when they're playing loud music. Service is functional but slow. Expect to wait for your table. Expect mistakes with your order. Their card reader offers a minimum tip option of 18%. Add it all up & you're better off choosing a different restaurant.
Terrible service, I ordered one beer & did not Get it right....how is that even possible!!! I believe when your waitress is on her phone all the time it may happen. Not Impressed

Excellente expérience! L'endroit est très accueillant. Le service est un peu lent en raison de l'affluence des clients, mais la nourriture est délicieuse.
My friends & I went to Pigeon Cafe for coffee/tea & dessert. The cookies were delicious & the service was great! Lindsey was friendly & gave us recommendations for fun things to do in Montreal.
Really great place with lots of pigeon specialties! We literally came in because of the name 😂 so so cute, & a lot of their drink & food items are also pigeon spinoffs - there's also an area with pigeon merch in the back 😁 & Larry David on the wall! Great ambiance too
Booked a reservation for party of 25. Very kind & accommodating. The waitress was told about severe allergies, however my friends still received food with the allergen. (Happened twice!) Luckily nothing severe happens but it could have been much worse. Also someone found a hair in their food. They replaced the food & was still very kind. The food was amazing besides those accident. Came out fast. The decoration & vibes are immaculate!! Would recommend
