Really not great.
Big improvements needed on the pizza - doughy, soggy & undercooked.
Lemon chicken was dry & unseasoned.
It does however have a great ambiance & good service.
Even though I made a reservation there was no table ready for us. We ended up in the noisier section of the restaurant. We had to request bread for the table....in a Italian restaurant??? The entrée came quickly & was nice. We then waited over 30 minutes for the main dish. The veal picata had a lovely sauce, but the veal was extremely hard. The veal parmesan had obviously been cooked & the stuck in the oven to melt the cheese. It was dry & chewy. The table d'haute veal was ok, but not wonderful. I ordered the crème brulee for dessert. The crème was delicious, but the sugar on top was burned. The waitress did her best & was very friendly.
For an upscale, rather expensive restaurant it was a very disappointing experience.
Wow, what a place. Clean organized.
Food was amazing. Service was very good. Prices are reasonable.
Very disappointing. Showed up with my young son for a meal. Did not have a reservation but waited patiently for a table on the terrace like I was instructed to do by a very kind hostess & waitress. We were waiting inside as we were told to do by several staff. A couple showed up 20min later asking for a table outside, & spoke to a tall woman who must have been a manager or owner. She escorted them outside, & when I interjected to say we were also waiting for a table outside, she scoldingly dismissed me saying I should have been waiting outside. When I approached some of the staff to address the confusion & why we were given conflicting instructions, she embarrassed me & my son in front of the other patrons, accusing me of yelling, as she annoyingly walked us to a table. I politely asked her to be more respectful, & she continued to be condescending. I chose not to make a scene out of respect for my son. The waitresses were thankfully very friendly & professional. I ordered a Cesar salad that was equally disappointing, just greens sprinkled with dressing, & some croutons. No substance. My son had a spaghetti with pesto that he enjoyed. Never going back again. It was uncalled for to be treated this way. I feel bad for the polite staff who work for this entitled woman.
I have been here previously & it has declined in quality from okay to mediocre. The service was very slow despite ordering the Table D'hôte, which should be readily available. They served us the wrong entree & main dish. At least give bread if you'll make the wait time that long
Worst service
Had to chase the waiter for a kid's spaghetti which took 40 minutes to cook
Main course didn't arrived after 1 hour
& we had to leave hungry & disappointed
