Vraiment que du beau & du bon à dire sur ce resto.
La nourriture est délicieuse, on a pris la Soupe wonton au poulet & la Bo Bun (Boeuf sauté avec vermicelles de riz) les prix sont raisonnables, en passant par le service impeccable de la part des propriétaires.

J'ai adoré cet endroit ! Le bouillon était délicieux, les nouilles parfaites & tout était d'une fraîcheur irréprochable. Le service était rapide & chaleureux, & le restaurant propre & accueillant. L'endroit idéal pour savourer un bon bol de pho réconfortant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Le plat à emporter était délicieux & parfaitement emballé ; c'est vraiment un excellent restaurant de pho. On peut aussi y manger sur place.

Très belle découverte, des plats plein de saveurs de la soupe Pho au boeuf aux plats de printemps comme Pho Xao on s'est tous régalés ! Excellent rapport qualité prix

I cAnt really rate the food & I hate to do this to à family restaurant in which the two people working are stressed. I try to support smaller places & it costs a lot to bring a family out these days. But wow. this was a terrible experience. Never walked out of à restaurant before. The owner was incredibly rude. He completely ignored me 4 times tried saying something & he cut me off. Simple questions. Just straight up just walked away. I brought this up & told me I had to wait. Ok no problem but serious communication flaws. Finally je told me I had to learn how to speak to people. Even though I simply asked about what was in an order. We got up & left & he got very angry in front of his customers. He replied in à nasty way & threatened saying you better just be quiet & leave. Sorry man. This is what you get when you mistreat people. Do better rule 1 with a restaurant -treat customers decently. & the food didn't look amazing. Although I cannot comment on taste. Please take it as a learning experience. You lost customers & will lose others. Shame my kids had to experience an overly aggressive human. Good luck man. Just do better.
In reply to owner: we have enough people who saw exactly what you did. Interesting that most of the negative reviews in the platforms refer exactly to the same thing I did: your attitude. Maybe show some humility & learn something. As for other customers well without context what would they say. Again good luck. Notice I said nothing about the food. So perhaps relax the anger & think about a few things. No reason why anyone should pay when treated like that. If u like I'll gladly come & pay for your mediocre imperial rolls. No problem as long as it is someone else who talks with me & understand very very basic customer service. Go & look at the other negative reviews. One more thing. I am not the one who started with the attitude. Not even close. All you had to do was say hey look I'm sorry I'm stressed out & didn't mean to speak like that or to ignore you or cut you off. Then I would have simply said no problem at all I get it. That's it mate. Good luck.

on a eu de très bonne expérience chez Pho Rachel hier soir. Leur soupe au boeuf est authentique. Le bouillon est riche, avec collagen naturel du vrai os de boeuf. Le boeuf saignant est de qualité, la viande bien cuite était douce, cela sent très bon. L'accueil a été chaleureux & impeccable. je recommande fortement.

Quand on commande une soupe tonkinoise boeuf saignant, il me semble que c'est clair dans les rautres restosnà Mtl qu'on va recevoir une soupe avecles fines tranches de boeuf non? Ben non, eux ils mettent 25% de tranches & le reste de la viande deja cuite qui est à moitié du gras en plus. J'appelle pour mentionné cela & le gérant, au lieu xe vouloir satisfaite le client, se fout carrément de ce que je lui dit.'Il n'a rien vu' comme il dit. Au lieu d'avoir un client qui va retourner & parler en bien, il a un client déçu & frustré qui met un avis de 1 étoile. Il n'avait qu'à me dire de venir chercher la bonne soupe & c'est soupe. Réaction idiote & bornée de leur part.

Ordered on DoorDash for the first time & omg! 😳 Bun cha Hanoi & bun bo just so incredibly tasty. Not to mention the portion is huge! So many pieces of grilled meat with vermicelli, balanced with fresh herbs (mint+salad) & pickled daikon. A meal under $20 that is so worth it!

I came here after wandering around the pedestrianized streets nearby & what a great find! The food was delicious & very affordable for what you get! The restaurant is run by a very nice couple & everything is homemade, like the pickled radishes, & even the fish sauce! This place deserves more love & it's a huge recommendation from me.
