Phillips Bar gave us a wonderful & memorable experience! From appetizers to mains, the dishes felt unique & well-prepared. The service was attentive throughout. I especially loved the salad & the crab dish - just wish there was a bit more of it. Well done!

This was my second visit to Phillips Bar, & once again, I was absolutely blown away! Every dish was incredible. Special shout-outs to the slip cod & the perfectly cooked steak, as well as the chicken skin with truffle sauce appetizer - you can really tell the chef is a master of his craft. The way flavors & textures are combined makes every bite a memorable culinary experience.
I came with a friend who was trying certain dishes for the first time - it was a bit out of his comfort zone, but he loved nearly everything! We are already looking forward to our next visit.
Huge thanks to the entire team for creating such an exceptional evening. Truly a dining experience not to be missed!

Okay but this spot?? So good. The menu has everything - hand rolls, maki, otsumami, taru taru, sarada, teishoku - & I tried a bit of it all (no regrets). Everything was super fresh, portions were perfect, & the service was fast + super friendly. The cocktails were not only so cute but actually amazing too 😋🍸
The whole vibe is chill & cozy - perfect for dinner with friends or a cute night out. 10/10 recommend, I'm already planning my next visit 💛
Super belle découverte au centre-ville! Le bar a une ambiance chic mais détendue, parfaite autant pour un 5 à 7 que pour finir la soirée. Les cocktails sont travaillés & originaux (vraiment bien dosés, pas trop sucrés). Le service est attentionné sans être envahissant, on sent que l'équipe connaît ses produits. La musique & l'éclairage ajoutent vraiment au vibe. Je recommande autant pour une date que pour sortir entre amis.
The miso black cod is an absolute MUST. It was delicious & so were the hand rolls & sushi! The cocktails were beautifully complex & so tasty as well. I personally enjoy bar seating & we had such great & attentive service.
I will definitely go back, & I suggest bringing friends so you can try as many dishes as possible!
La nourriture était délicieuse er raffinée. Belle sélection de saké. Nous étions au bar & nous avons eu droit à un excellent service!

Great bar with such a welcoming atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly & made us some excellent drinks. The music & overall vibe of the place was great too!
Un vent de fraîcheur souffle sur Montréal avec l'arrivée de Phillips Bar, qui reprend le flambeau du Nomi avec brio. Une cuisine savoureuse, généreuse, aux cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées. Mention spéciale au canard, tout simplement délectable, & aux tartares - boeuf & King salmon - élaborés avec finesse & équilibre.
Petit bémol sur le maki terre & mer : la crevette y prend un peu trop de place, éclipsant la richesse de la viande. Une inversion des rôles pourrait mieux mettre en valeur les deux saveurs.
Un grand merci à Vincent, attentionné & chaleureux tout au long du repas. Une belle découverte qu'on a déjà hâte de revisiter. Bravo à toute l'équipe!

Tout était parfait : l'accueil, l'ambiance, le lieu… & que dire de ce qu'on a eu dans nos verres & nos assiettes ! Mention spécial au Wasabilicious ! Un vrai 10/10 !
On est venus fêter l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, installés au bar : super feeling avec les serveurs, une playlist au top… On a adoré, & c'est sûr, on reviendra !

The food, vibes, & service at Phillips Bar were amazing. We came as a group of four & had such a great time. Cocktails arrived quickly, followed by a steady flow of food. One of the highlights was the crispy chicken skin with truffle mashed potato dip-absolutely delicious. I'd recommend choosing one or two items from each section of the menu. It was so fun having the table filled with different dishes & being able to mix & match flavors. After enjoying all the small plates, it was great to finish with the Teishoku-the hot service. We were lucky enough to try the snow crab on its last day of the season, & if it ever returns to the menu, it's a must-order.
