We had an amazing dining experience at Petros Griffintown! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm & attentive thanks to our waiter Marino, who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, & made us feel so welcome throughout the meal. We ordered the moussaka & the pikilia platter, & both were incredible.
Highly recommend this spot for authentic Greek food, great ambiance, & top-notch service. Ask for Marino if you can-he really made the night special!View more

We made last minute reservations for dinner to this place & it was a great experience ! The restaurant is so well lit & makes you feel you are really in a Greek town thanks to the walls & the decor ❤️ For appetizers, they gave us incredible bread with olive oil/vinegar & we ordered the Spanakopita which was so delicious ❤️ For the main meal, I had the Surf & Turf (2 lamb chops & 2 shrimp) that came with Greek-style Potatoes & Vegetables of the Day while my partner had Moussaka & each bite was a gourmet's delight ❤️ The service was fast & very kind in asking us if we liked the food frequently. Highly recommend this 11/10 Greek restaurant to everyone who loves great food, ambience, & the hospitality & we cannot wait to try other items on the menu on our subsequent visits UPDATE: Had Greek salad, tzatziki pita spread, filet mignon brochette , & chicken brochette & very delicious as ever ❤️View more

The table service was one of the best services received in the restaurant industry. Unfortunately, the prices were out of proportion compared to the food portions. $160 for a shared plate with only one little squid & a small amount of octopus is really expensive. I recommend the restaurant for the impeccable service & food taste.View more

We ordered the fish & seafood platter for two. The portion was very generous. Not shown is the fried calamari that came with it. This was not our first visit & it certainly will not be the last. The food was absolutely delicious - We stuffed ourselves on the appetizers before the main meal even came out (highly recommend the Petros special)! While the prices tend to be on the higher end, the quality of food & the atmosphere definitely explain why. It is BYOB so be aware of that. & ofcourse the experience wouldnt be complete without true greek hospitality, Marino was an excellent server! Great recommendations, very charismatic & made us feel very welcomed.View more

This past weekend my friends & I visited Petros griffintown. Most of us had already been here, but even the ones who hadn't thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere & server. Our server, Marino, really made our night with his one-liners & little jokes. Would highly recommend this restaurant for groups as it offers several group options & is bring your own wine. via LibroWe though the food was going to be better than it really was, there's other greek restaurants in Montréal that are much better & not as expensive. $200 for 3 people without alcohol is crazy given the quality of the food. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know or go back.

Loved our first experience with Petros.
The service was very friendly & very efficient. The restaurant is huge & we were likely early so there was a lack of ambiance (no music).
Food quality was very good & very reasonably priced.
Bring your own wine is a bonus but why charge uncorking fees since I actually opened the bottle myself. That feels a little cheap cause I would tip more accordingly.
Will come back but recommend this place for larger groups to be able to share more plates.View more
via LibroAs always, the food were absolutely delicious. The service is excellent & Marino was very helpful in the selection & explanation of the menu. I would absolutely recommend Petros. The good thing is that you can bring your own wine(s). There were seven of us & we had a great table. What I like is that we can talk with our friends as the music is not blasting in the background.

via LibroWonderful atmosphere, super friendly service, & very good food, although the whole black bass was a crazy price.. Best calamari I have had--not rubbery at all. Excellent lamb chops, too, & the other starters were all good. Great to be able to bring your own wine, & the parking valet is also a very good feature of this wonderful & attractive restaurant. Highly recommend!
