This restaurant has a truly authentic Greek vibe, & the taste of the food is completely genuine. The best part is that this wonderfully neat & clean establishment is successfully run by one of our own Bengali brothers, Mr. Ata, who is also the owner of the entire restaurant & building! The way he works hand-in-hand with both Greek & Bengali staff with such a calm demeanor is truly commendable.
Along with the incredible food, the hospitality here completely won us over. Mr. Ata personally checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was to our liking & spent time at our table. Such warm & genuine hospitality is rare to find.
& a special mention must go to Shakil Bhai! His smiling face & polite demeanor elevated our entire dining experience. He was extremely helpful in recommending dishes & guiding us to choose meals tailored to my daughter's preferences. Not only that, but when we opened our leftover takeaway package at home, we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had included some extra food items as a gift! Such thoughtfulness truly touches the heart.
This is an ideal place to spend quality time with family. Wishing Mr. Ata all the best & continued success so he can expand into many more branches in the future. Huge thanks to Shakil Bhai & the rest of the staff for their exceptional service. Warm wishes to everyone!
The seafood platter for 4 was delicious & ample for our group. We were given a lovely complementary dessert at the end of our meal to celebrate my birthday dinner. Prices were excellent for the quality & portion sizes.
A true escape to Greece in the heart of Mile End. Petros delivers an authentic experience where Mediterranean tradition is respected in every detail.
The atmosphere is warm, with a simple yet refined décor reminiscent of modern Greek tavernas.
The dishes highlight the freshness & quality of the ingredients: perfectly grilled fish, flavorful mezzes made for sharing, fragrant olive oil, & Mediterranean herbs that instantly transport you to the Greek islands. Each bite feels balanced, authentic, & generous.
A must-visit for anyone seeking Greek cuisine that remains true to its roots.
We just received an Uber Eats delivery from Petros Laurier after ordering from Petros Westmount several times & loving it! Unfortunately, the quality of food was just not the same - the steamed vegetables were basically raw & drenched in oil (not olive oil). Additionally, the beet salad was not as fresh, didn't have red onions, & was swimming in oil as well. The containers were not leak-proof, so the oil leaked all over the entire meal & the bag, as well as our table. The grilled chicken ($34) had one tiny piece of chicken & one slice of potato only, whereas it usually feeds both my husband & I. Most of the food will be thrown out, as it was barely edible. We will not be ordering again & feel we wasted the $160.
Honestly, this is the best halal Greek restaurant I've ever been to. The food quality is outstanding everything tastes fresh & perfectly prepared. The presentation shows real care. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent taste with high quality, this spot is truly unmatched.
We really enjoyed our dinner. The service was excellent. I don't think a waiter has ever shook our hands when he or she introduced themselves. Alex did. Even after post covid, it was nice. There were 2 other waiters, sadly I can't remember their names. We ordered pikilia plate, the fried zuccini/eggplant tower & a large Greek salad. All were delicious. The pita with the pikilia is yumm! As main it was fish, 2 whole, 1 filet, they come with potatoes, rice & veggies. It was a lot of food for 4. One would say the price is on the high side for greek food. Judge it on quality, rapid service, & a nice ambiance. The only small negative comment would be the olive oil with balsamic they serve with bread first thing, the olive oil is bitter, there are much finer Greek olive oil on the market. Easy to fix.
