We watched our step going in & got a warm welcome from the owner. We did ask about the comments about poor customer service & she clarified that she matches the energy (my words) of the person coming in. So if you're a kind & polite human being, I believe that you'll be fine.
We had turtles bars & 6 cupcakes of different flavours for a total of $40. The treats are very sweet & left a funny feeling on my tongue (I think it may be the sweetener used). The red velvet, carrot & chai cupcakes were our favourite. I took a star off being all four of us tasted baking soda in the matcha cupcake & didn't finish it. The icing was a big hit though!

Mon mari & moi aimons beaucoup leurs cupcakes choco-framboise & red velvet ! Toutes leurs saveurs sont réussies mais ce sont nos préférés. Je suis intolérante au gluten & sensible au sucre donc j'apprécie pouvoir manger un petit cupcake sans me sentir dégueux après ! Nous avons commandé un gâteau d'anniversaire en octobre (chocolat & glaçage vanille) & il était bon ! Toutefois il faut vraiment le laisser un moment sur le comptoir s'il était au frigo (plus que les 2h mentionnées) car il était pas aussi bon qu'à l'habitude sinon !
Gateaux excellents mais ambiance froide en raison du manque de chaleur & de convivialité de la propriétaire & de son employée. Aucun sourire de bienvenu, experience humaine décevante. Je constate qu'une autre personne de nom de consonnance etrangère a eu la même mauvaise expérience. Etant aussi d'origine maghrébine, je dirais donc que c'est limite raciste. Plus jamais.
Wow, wow & re-wow!
Belle petite boutique chaleureuse, la propriétaire (j'assume) nous a accueilli avec le sourire & a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de douceur! Elle nous a aussi donner des conseils pour vivre une expérience optimale avec ses produits (chauffé ou non par exemple).
LES PRODUITS SONT DÉ-LI-CIEUX.
Nous avons pris une boîte de 6 cupcakes afin de goûter à plusieurs trucs..
Tellement moelleux & des crèmages vraiment funky!

C'était notre première visite, dès l'ouverture de la porte, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par la propriétaire , Qui a bien pris le temps De nous expliquer les variétés de dessert, Attention, ça ne s'arrête pas là il y a un petit frigidaire à l'avant ou il y a d'autres options Qui s'offrent à vous, Est-ce que j'ai aimé les desserts,Oui, est-ce que c'était goûteux, oui, Vraiment un beau petit bijou de quartier, on lui souhaite une longue vie & un beau succès commercial,bravo!!!!
Les desserts sans sucre ou low carb sont difficiles à trouver & souvent la texture n'est pas optimale! Sans farce, les gâteaux/cupcakes de Petit Cake Mtl détrônent tous ceux que j'ai déjà manger, réguliers également. La texture est parfaite, les saveurs sont exquises, le service est impeccable! Je recommande cette pâtisserie à tout le monde! Ça vaut le détour! Énorme coup de coeu
