I've been coming to this place for a while & the food is usually great. That said, dining in is a constant disappointment. The branch is always filled with smoke & a strong unpleasant smell, & we leave with our clothes reeking of food every single time.
While the food is decent for the price, the quality has been inconsistent lately. The buns & sauces are very good, but the patties are often burnt & taste bitter.
The place has a nice vibe & I'd still come back, but there are clear issues that need attention. Also, the chairs are freezing in winter - so cold that it's uncomfortable to even sit on them.
A little disappointed by the food for the price. My burger was dripping in oil & the poutine sauce wasn't really good (too peppery). One thing that i sure did not appreciate is that the menu (at least on the self-service machine) was completely in english, not one word in french. Staff does not speak french neither, which is unacceptable.

Not worth the hype at all in my opinion!
I took the mushroom burger & it barely had any mushroom, too much sauce, dry bun & had a couple hard to chew little pieces in the meat..

Tu commande toi même sur un écran & tu peux customiser ta commande. Ca vaut largement le prix & le détou
On y a mangé en revenant de notre trip en van donc peut être qu'on est biaisées mais c'est le meilleur burger que j'ai mangé de toute ma vie. Bacon crispy, sauce bien relevée, viande excellente & fraîche & petite relish de tomates qui ajoutent de l'acidité & de la profondeure. Excellent rien à dire.
Poutine très bonne, sauce fumée bien goutue, peut être un peu salée mais délicieuse.
Service rapide & sympa !
First I'd like to say it was very expensive! $50 for two burgers & two drinks ! The meat tasted like charcoal as if they don't clean the grill enough which caused me to only eat half of it , it was making me nauseous but the sauce & topping were tasty. I wanted to try the poutine but it was too much money to justify for me. It also wasn't busy in side & I noticed that you know it's good food by how busy the place is !! I ordered off the kiosk & they don't give recipes, & they didn't speak to me except when they called the name for the order. Not to mention the unwelcoming vibe & looks on the workers faces was odd. I waited for my food for around 15 mins & was made fresh to order it definitely seems like they have been slacking!
Patty slaps is my FAV top tier smash burger paradise. I always get thr same thing! Mushroom burger with their scrumptious fries & island sauce. Inside the vibes are very dope & I love that staff check in on you during/post meal. It's always fresh, quick & decent priced!

The food is so overrated!! We ordered 2 burgers & they were undercooked & tasted like nothing. Very greedy with sauces & ingredients, barely had any sauce on the burger. Did not send ketchup or Mayo with the fries. Will never ordered again.
Ordered via Uber eats - there was no ketchup with the fries & no option to request ketchup. Who eats fries without ketchup or anything? What's that about? There's also no phone number or way of contacting the restaurant to request sauce.

Great vending machine. Great burger. Fries are great, but I don't like their gravy. Truffle mushroom: we order it with 1 extra patty, very rich & very creamy, not very strong flavour of truffle, well balanced Crunch-a-delic burger: the sauce is the best part of the burger, could be better if the meat flavour is more stand out. They can do better on the crunchy fries inside too. The bread is soft & chewy but keep pushing my patty out when I bite. It would be better if they use a stick to hold the burger. Overall, burger is very well made at this price point. Surely will come back when I crave for nice burger. I don't like the poutine. I'm not sure if it's the pepper & the chilli, it's adding a bitter note to the gravy, I personally found it odd & unpleasant. Another business suggestion is to add milkshake to the menu, it would be perfect if they sell it!

Perfect bun that stands up to the juicy patty & impeccable sauces. Super fresh produce, mouthwatering mushroom topping & that truffle aioli is NEXT LEVEL! unreal 🥵 we were so excited we didn't even snap a pic before it was too late 😂🤭
I ate here with my girlfriend & while at first the burgers may seem small they filled us up quite a lot, more than we expected & the fries were well seasoned & crunchy, add in the poutine with its flavorful gravy & it was a great mix, aïoli sauce is fantastic too
Trendy burger joint with overpriced food & long waits. I heard about this place on social media, I love smash burgers & big portions. These were advertised as huge & decadent, but were on the smaller side. The restaurant is always packed, we were here on Friday Oct 11, 2024 around 1PM, ordered through the self-serve screens & waited a good 15-20 mins or so before food was ready. Seems they anticipate this type of line up as they built a seating area specifically for waiting. I disliked the small selection of burgers & how they are no combo options - everything is an extra add-on. Most burgers are around $15 each, then you add another $3 for a soda or $5 for a side. It all becomes too expensive for what it is. Something comparable could be Five Guys - but they offer more customization & faster service. This location also has mainly high stool seating & long communal tables so not ideal if you like being in your own space. You are stuck sharing with others. Taste wise - burgers lacked seasoning, sauce & buns were good but not oustanding. I wouldn't come back.

Not an usual experience , i use to love patty slaps , last Saturday i ordered for delivery , all the burgers were burned except the truffle one i had few & i had to trough them away . it was waste of 50 minutes & money it had no sauce amd beacon was like rocks i was going to ignore it , but now i am sick so people please be carefull with your temperature its not nice . i think i would not order again it had lettuce which was weird
Ce restaurant en est un pratico-pratique, misant sur un service efficace, jeune & sans interactions. Tout ce fait via des bornes de commandes (bien qu'il soit possible d'aller au comptoir). Impersonnel, ici on ne cherche pas à offrir un service client par excellence, mais juste l'efficacité. Cela donne une impression très impersonnelle, mais pour les timides de ce monde c'est un atout. Au contraire si vous n'êtes pas très adepte de la technologie, vous risquez de rager. Il est donc préférable de trouver un employé rapidement. L'ambiance industrielle est froide & attirera une clientèle plus jeune. Le confort n'est pas optimal & cela n'a rien de chaleureux ou d'agréable où aller manger. Il vaut mieux prendre pour emporter! En terme d'accessibilité, j'aurais apprécié une rampe d'accès. J'ai dû demander de l'aide pour entrer avec mon déambulateur. Il y a donc place à amélioration! La zone d'attente est bien pensé, mais on peut passer beaucoup de temps sur les bancs inconfortable. La salubrité est correct, sans plus. Il y a matière à amélioration! Le look des sacs & de la marque en générale est superbe. Les couleurs, l'art, voilà qui frappe l'oeil & contribue à notre plaisir! Nous avons pris une commande bien basique: une frites & une poutine. Les frites sont des juliennes très minces & épicée. Telle quelle, elles sont salées, mais c'est agréable. Avec une sauce, cela équilibre les goûts. La poutine tant qu'à elle est armonieuse, mais pas très jolie. Ce n'est pas une poutine authentique, mais pour faire changement, c'est intéressant! L'épicé des frites se jumelle bien à la sauce & le fromage est frais & "squick" sous la dent. Mais!!! Le manque de générosité en terme de fromage m'a laissé perplexe (je ne crois pas que cela soit normal. On peine à voir la différencesur les photos). Nous avions surtout l'impression de manger une "frite sauce", ce qui n'a pas été très convaincant. Le prix est certainement trop élevé par rapport au produit & sa qualité. Globalement ce n'est pas mauvais au goût (du moins, les frites) & les burgers doivent sûrement être goûteux (à suivre,...peut-être), mais pour un petit snack salée il y a mieux ailleurs!
My favorite kind of food, smash burgers, shoestring fries that are very crispy & seasoned properly, a large variety of drinks (including alcoholic beverages), a great amount of sauces & the most fresh buns I have ever had in my life. The only downside paper straws.
I am a regular here. Both for dine in & takeaway. The best burger in Montreal!! The patty & the bun is too good. The sauce is also exceptional! The fries are also yum. Very different burger & fries compared to any other place.
Overall, a great atmosphere is that employees look happy, & the vibe is great. The food is okay the burger is a 7.5-8 out ot ten & does really hit hard But overall savoring & taste of it is good. The poutine was sub par & mid also a little too much black pepper was added it lacked the saltiness poutine usually has & didn't really taste that great sauce wise. Overall I'd rate tge restaurant a 4.0 good burger place!
