I can't say enough great things about Samadi Sweets & their exceptional customer service! My order was unfortunately lost by UPS, but Zakariya went above & beyond to make sure I received my sweets. He quickly arranged for a replacement shipment & kept me updated throughout the process. The dedication & care he showed were truly outstanding.
& of course, the sweets themselves were absolutely delicious-fresh, authentic, & full of flavor. This level of service & quality is rare to find. Overall it's good, but I was disappointed several times.
On the first day of Ramadan, I bought Osmanlyeh & discovered that it was burned during cooking & they tried to hide it with an extra layer of vermicelli (Ch3iriyeh).
In the past, I made some improvement comments but the workers did not show any interest or value for customer feedback.Voir plus

La knifeh est délicieuse mais la serveuse Nadia était irrespectueuse avec nous on était un groupe de 10 personnes & comme on a à demander de plusieurs personnes de nous servir elle nous a enguelé sachant que on a réservé en avance les 6 kilos knefeh avec Anna qui était gentille Malheureusement elle nous a gâché notre journée avec son irrespect ....Voir plus
