Lufa auto-selected some bread from Rosario in our order this week & all I can say is that I'm so glad they did! I've had the maple natas before (delicious!) but the baguette was phenomenal. Sweet & almost floral scent. We got some hot dog buns to try as well, I can only imagine they'll be awesome too.
Superb product. Just the fact that they use olive oil & deliver quality product instead of the garbage others sell. Keep up the great work. I only buy your breads at PA.
Je déconseille fortement cette boulangerie. Le manque de propreté est flagrant, les produits sont infestés de mouches. J'ai fait l'erreur d'acheter des croissants & j'ai découvert des insectes à l'intérieur du feuilletage( petites mouche). Un contrôle d'hygiène semble nécessaire. Tout est parti à la poubelle.
& c'est comme ça qu'on perd des clients.
I didn't have a lunch so I went to grab their warm chicken pesto sandwich for takeout, &... WOW! The aroma was so enticing, it caught my boss' attention in the cafeteria. When I told her I went to Rosario's, she was quick to nod & say everything is really good in that place.
Seriously, the taste of this sandwich, with the crispy bread texture & all the fresh flavors skillfully arranged, was even more amazing than the smell.
So now I gotta go back there at least every no-lunch-day & discover a new gem of epicure - & grab a coffee - because that too is amazing.
Service vraiment chaleureux ! Je suis venue à toute vitesse, pressée pour remettre un travail & j'ai tout de suite été accueillie, servie en vitesse & accommodée. Un gros merci!

Pour ma part ici, j'affirme que leurs Natas sont les meilleures en ville.
J'avance même que leurs Natas, sont meilleures que dans plusieurs pâtisseries du Portugal.
& je suis une experte dans la dégustation des desserts.

I went to Patisserie Rosario again today & it was disappointing. I've purchased their Pasteis de Nata on numerous occasions & found them to be average at best. The pastry is not flaky as it's supposed to be & the Natas not the best either. There are better shops in Montreal to get pasteis de Nata. I am a Portuguese native & every year return to Belem where these pastries were created & Rosario's are not even close. Sorry 😕
J'ai retourné chez Rosario aujourd'hui & j'ai été déçu. J'ai acheté des Pasteis de Nata nombreuses fois & j'ai trouvé leurs tartelettes moyennes. La pâte n'est pas feuilleté & les Natas (le remplissage) n'est pas le meilleur non plus. Il y a d'autres patisseries à Montréal qui les font mieux. Je suis natif Portugais & je retourne à chaque année à Belem ou ces tartelettes ont été créés. Je confirme que celles de Rosario ne sont pas a la hauteur. Désolé 😕

Les pastels de nata étaient succulentes ainsi que le sandwich au chouriço. La personne qui a préparé ma commande était bien accueillante. Il y avait un espace pour manger & une toilette. ☺?
