Le mélange de vanille & de fraise était léger & parfaitement équilibré, & les macarons ont ajouté une touche élégante avec un goût délicieux 👌
La crème était légère, pas du tout écoeurante, & on sent que les ingrédients utilisés sont de très bonne qualité ✨

Il nous propose des créations d'une qualité exceptionnelle, où chaque bouchée révèle des saveurs à la fois grandioses & parfaitement équilibrées. Tellement bien dosée & faite d'ingrédients nobles qu'on en oublierait presque que c'est un dessert. Je suis vraiment contente de leur arrivée dans le quartier.

I am super happy that we finally have an inviting European style coffee place in Laval West. The pastries are made from high quality ingredients & taste wonderful. The interior is welcoming & warm, & the owners are incredibly friendly & accommodating. I encourage everyone to go there to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Pâtisserie Olayan is a must-visit destination on the west side of Laval. The pastries are fresh, delicate, & clearly crafted with high-quality ingredients & great care. Because everything is made fresh, some items do sell out, which only speaks to their popularity. The space itself is lovely & welcoming, perfect for a quick indulgence or for picking up something special. Highly recommended if you're nearby!
