I heard a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to try the place & the pastries they sell. I bought 1 kg for baklava for 53 $ plus 15% for the service for a total amount of 61$. First of all, the service was bad, they gave me a ready-made box when I wanted to choose the type of baklava I wanted, pistachio, almond, nuts, etc.
The people serving were very unpleasant & look like they are forced to serve you. For sure, it was the first & last time I visit this place!!!
J'aime bien cette pâtisserie pour sa décoration & son service. J'y passais régulièrement le week-end pour acheter des gâteaux ou prendre quelque chose à manger.
Cependant, ma dernière visite n'a pas été très agréable. Le service est toujours excellent, je n'ai rien à reprocher de ce côté, même si parfois on a l'impression que certains clients sont plus choyés que d'autres.
En revanche, les gâteaux que j'ai achetés cette fois étaient un peu secs, notamment celui avec des décorations de Noël. Malheureusement, je n'ai même pas pu le manger, je l'ai jeté. C'était pour mon enfant, mais la décoration était très dure & le gâteau lui-même n'était pas aussi bon que d'habitude.
Tellement une belle place, des pâtisseries succulentes, des gens chaleureux & heureux de faire connaître leurs produits aux non initiés.
Seul petit bémol : il fait froid. On voudrait garder notre manteaux!
Sinon, en endroit à découvrir. Je m'y arrête chaque fois que je passe devant & que j'ai un peu de temps pour prendre un café & un baklavas
I ordered from KSA as a birthday gift for my sister in Boucherville because of the shop's positive reviews. Unfortunately, the customer service was not professional. The website only shows two delivery options-Express & Local (Greater Montreal)-so I reasonably believed Boucherville was included. There is also no clear note about restrictions on meat products. On WhatsApp, I was told three times that I ordered'wrong' & that I should know how to order, & this was even repeated to my sister on the phone, although I was the one who placed the order. This was frustrating & unprofessional. I strongly suggest updating the website to clearly explain delivery zones & product limitations so customers can order with confidence.
Knafeh, mamoul & desserts are the best. I hope they extend closing time to be till 11 pm or so on the weekends. Also, it is a very nice place for Muslims & Arabs as all of the items are free from alcohol & Halal. Keep it up!
I like this place because from the moment I walked in, I am greeted with the warmest welcome. The atmosphere is cozy & inviting & all staff there are friendly - perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee & a treat.
A special mention goes to Duaa, who made the visit even more enjoyable. Her kindness, genuine smile, & attentive service really stood out. She made me feel right at home.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a comforting spot with exceptional service. I'll definitely be coming back soon
