This is one of the best pastry shops I've ever been to. Delicious pastries, great service, & beautiful atmosphere. Suzy's service was incredible. She welcomed me with great courtesy, answered all my questions kindly, & even gave me pastries to try before I made my choice. Everything was delicious, but I will be coming back especially because of the great service.
Les pâtisseries sont délicieuses. Le service de Mme Suzy a été excellent. Elle a été très gentille & aimable. C'était ma première là-bas & après ce service, je vais sûrement y retourner.

Nice arabe pastries. A must try! Update: Honestly they have the best hallawet jibn I find. Always good & consistent. They also have a lot of other sweets that I tried for the first time & loved (don't really know the names). I recently tried their baklava & it was delicious! The employees are very kind! I love it when they make me try new things (that's how I discovered more stuff!) The atmosphere is very nice, feels very middle eastern. Makes you want sit down & drink coffee/tea with some dessert!
Magnifique endroit avec une décoration arabesque qui reflète l'artisanat orientale. Le café & les gâteaux sont de bon goût. À refaire de nombreuses fois 😋
I came from Ottawa to Montreal just to visit this place it's Remind me of the old days in Syria/Aleppo.
Love the ladies at Mahrouse- Maria & Suzie- great service 👍👍👍& very helpful when asking questions. Also, have introduced me to many of the sweets they offer - fantastic with an espresso!

Authentic taste, a little expensive tho! I ordered to be shipped to the US. Flat rate $36 which was great since you can make a larger order for same price.
