Nous n'avons pas compris comment il gère son magasin. Par exemple, pour acheter simplement un gâteau, il faut faire la queue & ensuite revenir payer, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire. Même il y a des gens qui déjà ne prennent pas la ligne... par référence... hahaha !

It is a very nice place. The mamoul bl mad is very good, & the caak bl jebneb is delicious. Douaa, who works at the Acadie branch, is very nice & welcoming
Amazing Baklava & Incredible Hospitality!
I visited Pâtisserie Mahrouse & honestly the baklava was delicious - perfectly sweet, crispy, & so satisfying. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were very warm & welcoming, & they even offer free samples of items you haven't tried yet so you can taste before you decide. That little touch made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Montreal!
If you're a kunafa lover, Mahrouse is a must-visit 😍
The kunafa is absolutely authentic - perfectly crispy on the outside & rich, cheesy, & soft on the inside. The sweetness is well-balanced, not overwhelming at all.
The atmosphere gives off a warm Middle Eastern vibe, making the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend enjoying it with a tea or coffee to complete the experience ☕✨

A good place & has varieties of oriental sweets & Arabic ice cream, but what is striking is the old Syrian oriental decoration, which is beautiful & wonderful.
J'ai passé une grosse commande il y a 10 jours. Le jour où je devais la récupérer, on m'a annoncé qu'elle n'avait pas été traitée correctement & qu'elle n'était pas prête.J'ai appelé le magasin, assez déçue. L'employée Paola m'a alors assisté & s'est assurée de préparer ma commande rapidement pour que je puisse la récupérer à temps. Un grand merci à Paola pour son aide, sa patience & sa gentillesse.
Mauvaise expérience, service à la clientèle nul, on dirait que certains clients sont plus appréciés que d'autres, café & cappuccino au dessous de la moyenne aussi.

Très belle découverte ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse avec un décor arabesque magnifique qui nous transporte directement au Moyen-Orient. Le lieu est propre, accueillant & parfait pour se détendre autour d'un bon café.
I visited Mahrouse this morning & was pleasantly surprised by their impressive management system. Despite the holiday rush & how busy it was, the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism & efficiency. Their commitment to customer service truly stood out. Much respect to the entire team for their hard work & dedication.
