Established in 2012, Pâtisserie Al Sham was one of the first oriental pastry shops in Laval. Since then, we have been serving our loyal customers with great joy and pride.
Patisserie Al Sham is described as a destination for fresh, authentic Arabic sweets with a wide range of pastries from baklava to knafeh and maamoul, all noted for rich flavors and careful presentation. The baklava is praised for freshness and balanced sweetness, while other treats are described as flavorful and made with high quality ingredients. The variety, free tastings, and occasional customization are highlighted as nice touches, and many call it a hidden gem and the go to spot for Syrian Lebanese sweets in the area. Service is consistently friendly and welcoming, though a few reviews mention slower service on busy days. Pricing is sometimes noted as higher than expected for the quality, but overall the desserts are considered worth it for the care and flavor. Overall the reviews present it as a reliable, tasty, inviting place for authentic Middle Eastern pastries.
The Arabic sweets are okay, I'd give them 6 out of 10. The service was a bit slow, but the place is clean & the taste is fine. Prices are higher than what you get for the quality
Service is good & they offer a wide variety of products. I usually visit this place from time to time & it was ok.
The reason for the 4 stars is the taste of the Bein El Narein. It's supposed to be Achta, but this time it tasted more like old cheese. Maybe I just got a bad batch?
That being said, if you are looking for Syrian/Lebanese sweets, I'd recommend giving this place a try.
Note: The product was consumed within 30 minutes of purchasing it from the store.
Franchement, le meilleur à Montréal & Laval. Leurs produits sont bons délicieux ?& ils offrent un bon service, que ce soit pour les produits ou le service à la clientèle, souriant professionnel..
