I m talking about customer experience first time at this place usually good sweet the situation is :
You buy 5 knefe based on the price list is 35$ I asked for small plate with 5 kaake (bread ) is 40$ I didn't understand the logic specifically when they cut me 5 individual piece & not a full plate .

I was very disappointed with my experience. The knafeh tasted sour & seemed stale, as if it wasn't fresh. On top of that, the employee who served me was unfriendly. Good customer service & fresh food are the minimum I expect. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
