This is our traditional family first stop every time we visit Montreal. The Kunafeh bi Kaake is heavenly delicious. Not overly sweet of greasy & just perfect. We also love the petits-fours & the maamoul here!! You will also find here a wide variety of other oriental sweets & mini pastries & cakes. In addition to the traditional recipes, techniques & craftsmanship, the secret of Al Sham's success is all in the ingredients they use. They are whole, real & natural which gives a comforting original taste that remind me of back home. I can confidently say that this is the best place to get authentic oriental sweets in the Montreal/Laval area.

L'une des meilleures pâtisseries à Laval si ce n'est pas la meilleure ! Tout est extrêmement délicieux notamment Kounafa bounarine, sablé à la confiture, baklawa... En plus le personnel est extrêmement gentil.
