I thought Maamoul with pistachios & dattes over baked. The size is very big, the dough tastes everything except the Maamoul. The dattes ones have a bad gee taste. Total deception.

L'une des meilleures pâtisseries orientales au Québec. Les douceurs sont délicieuses, les produits sont très frais & la qualité est vraiment remarquable. Chaque bouchée donne l'impression d'être au coeur de Damas, la ville de l'histoire & de la tradition.
En plus de la qualité des pâtisseries, l'accueil est chaleureux, le service est excellent & l'hospitalité reflète une grande générosité & beaucoup de gentillesse.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur travail & leur professionnalisme. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès & de prospérité.
Great service, but unfortunately low quality. I bought halawet el jiben & Atayef, & they tasted nothing like what they're supposed to. Plus, they didn't use real Achta; it tasted like Labna. 🤦🏻?♂?

Variétés de patisserie orientale. Service courtois & rapide & personnel aimable. Endroit très propre. Cependant, comme beaucoup de gens je suis un peu déçu car depuis qqes mois, la qualité a baissé. Les baklewa demeurent visuellement très belles & bien faites mais le goût a changé. Ils ont rajouté plus de sucre & ont perdu leur goût raffiné. 7lawet el jebn n'a plus le goût raffiné de sa crème. C'est comme si ce n'est plus vraiment les mêmes recettes ou le même pâtissier. & les prix ont trop augmenté.
Many pastries around but this one has the touch & ballance. Best of all , they're the same people all the time not employees that come & go. They ge to know you as a regular customer not just a client
J'ai simplement demandé du khater (eau sucrée, un accompagnement traditionnel). On m'en a donné un seul, avec réticence. Refuser un geste aussi simple donne une impression de mesquinerie & d'indifférence envers la clientèle.
La qualité est au rendez-vous, mais le service est pratiquement inexistant. Un commerce ne peut pas fonctionner durablement avec un service aussi faible. Il est urgent de revoir votre façon de traiter les clients.Malheureusement, le service est catastrophique. Files interminables, téléphone qui ne répond jamais, aucune organisation claire, aucune indication sur les produits disponibles. On attend longtemps pour finalement découvrir que plusieurs articles sont épuisés. C'est frustrant & irrespectueux du temps des clients.

I simply asked for khater (sugar water, a traditional accompaniment). I was given only one, & reluctantly. Refusing such a simple gesture creates an impression of pettiness & indifference toward customers.
Unfortunately, the customer service is disastrous. Endless lines, unanswered phone calls, no clear organization, & no display showing what is actually available. Customers wait a long time only to find out that many items are sold out. It is frustrating & disrespectful of people's time.
The product quality is strong, but the service is nearly nonexistent. A business cannot operate sustainably with service at this level. Serious improvements are needed.

Went today & let me tell you ! we never seen a person with attitude as bad as the one serving us today , from the woman behind the counter ! If you don't want to work stay home , if you don't want to serve French speaking people , don't work in services a la clientele ! I was a regular but now forget it .
