Review Summary

Pathaks Tandoori earns broad praise for authentic Indian flavors, with dishes like butter chicken, lamb curry, saag paneer, and freshly made naan singled out for quality. Portions are generous and prices are affordable, making it a reliable choice for takeout or dining in. Service is frequently described as welcoming and attentive, though a few visits noted slower or uneven service. The menu is appreciated for its variety, including vegetarian options and tandoori specialties, and several reviewers mention the ability to tailor spice levels. Takeout experiences are highlighted for careful packaging and consistent flavor. Some diners are intrigued by the restaurant's blend of cuisines, offering both Indian and Chinese inspired items, which adds variety without sacrificing authenticity. Overall, Pathaks Tandoori is seen as a strong new Indian option in the area, delivering flavorful meals and good value, with ambiance and consistency that some reviews wish to see improved.

This is not an authentic Indian restaurant!
As soon as you enter in the restaurant, it smells very bad! & it's not the smell of Indian spices…

Also I believe they also serve Chinese food because one side of the menu was Indian & the other side was Chinese.
The decor was of the Chinese restaurant.
It was very old & disgusting!

The tandoori platter had celery on it!!!! That's ridiculous.
The food was not fresh & we all felt disgusting after eating there! Do not eat there especially if you are looking for some good indian food!
What they show on instagram is not what you get there!!!

Even small Indian restaurants in park ex are better than this restaurant! Very disappointed!!!

I found this place through their Instagram & noticed they had a 10% off had to check it out! I had no idea they served both Chinese & Indian food, which was a nice surprise.

I came for the Indian side of the menu, & wow did not disappoint. The kebab was flavorful, the chicken tikka masala blew my mind, & the fresh, hot naan was perfect to soak it all up. I also tried the yellow drink (I think it was called lassi?) & honestly, I might start coming by just for that it's way better than an iced capp from Timmies!

Definitely coming back soon. 🔥

This place has two restaurants in one. One Chinese (Ho-Boun) & one Indian (Pathaks Tandoori). The menu is mostly Chinese, including a buffet option. The Indian menu is smaller, but the food is quite good. Good Naan, Pakoras, good vegetarian options. Butter chicken is quite good, too. At the exterior, they only have the Chinese name, which can be confusing.
