I have heard about this place much but never had the chance to eat there. There was a line outside. Dont expect much of the place. Very small & packed. If you want your food to be prepared clean & healthy, you are at the wrong place. We were sitting at the counter & observing the whole process but it was very delicious. Why bother writing a review on such a ubiquitously renowned Montreal staple? Because the amount of love I have for this place, its people & most importantly its food is such that it should be shouted from the rooftops. But I haven't, so I felt like the next best thing is this lousy Google Review. To those who have never laid lips on the most compelling poutine in the whole wide world (in my opinion), stop what you're doing, put your shoes on, walk, run, drive, fly, swim or take a kayak straight to the pinacle of what is humanely possible to achieve as a result of assembling fries, cheese & gravy on a plate.
