Pasticceria Alati-Caserta has proudly been in business since 1968. Vittorio Caldarone and his wife, Maria Di Meo opened their first shop on Saint-Viateur Street, and then settled in Little Italy because of its bigger location. Their son, Marco grew up surrounded by life in a pastry shop, and now runs PasticceriaAlati-Caserta along with his wife, Linda.

Amazing pastry! Authentic Italian taste! We were visiting friends who live in this area, & got to enjoy some of these fine pastries. The almond cake was such a delicious treat for me, a nostalgic taste of the Italian bakeries in my own neighbourhood when I was young. The almond paste on the top was just such a delight! Cannolis were spot on. I tried the classic & my husband the pistachio. Wonderful & crisp & real cheese filling. we also really enjoyed the cream coffee! Very delightful in hot weather. Excellent taste, freshness, & selection. We will definitely be visiting this bakery every time we come to visit our friends in Montreal!View more

Ils sont effectivement très bons mais ça serait encore mieux s'ils étaient fourrés au fur & à mesure qu'ils sont commandés pour préserver une fraîcheur optimale. Quelques heures ne suffisent pour que le cannoli perde sa texture craquante. En général très bon, j'y retournerai.View more

Je pense que c'est la cinquième fois que je visite cet endroit. C'est définitivement une des meilleures pâtisseries italiennes que l'on peut trouver à Montréal. Sérieusement, à chaque visite, je trouve quelque chose de délicieux. Il y a des gâteaux à la mangue, au fruit de la passion, aux baies sauvages, & bien d'autres variétés. Je vous conseille vivement de visiter cet endroit pour découvrir tout ce qu'ils offrent, que ce soient des portions individuelles ou des gâteaux de taille moyenne & grande.
