So i bought few stuffs this store & made a dinner for myself!! ( definitely much better than going to restaurant)
Agnolotti:
Cut 8 cherry tomatoes , cooked on a fry pan on high temperature, add some cooking water, add a big spoon of pasta amalfi home made bomba sauce & finish with touch of butter!
Cooked agnolotti until it floated & finished with touch of butter as well!
Plating: sauce on the bottom, agnolotti with some olives & olive oil & parmesan!
Arancini:
Just follow the recipe that is written & done!

Les meilleurs Arancini Cacio e pepe que j'ai mangé depuis longtemps: bien assaisonné & fromagé & la petite sauce suggérée citronnée à souhait parfait mariage! Merci j'y reviendrai ☺?
Découverte du jour dans mon nouveau quartier sur le boulevard Monk. Pour tester quelques produits frais, j'ai acheté le fromage Pecorino & les linguini. J'ai pu faire du Cacio e peppe le même soir. Prochaine fois, je vais tester les boules de pizza congelées & les sauces.
I met Carlo & Aurelie at their beautiful spot today. Me & my wife bought à delicious crema caffè (slushy/creamy coffee) & some fresh pasta. A very typical Italian spot with a variety of fresh products, such as arancini, pasta, meatballs, sauces & pastry. Love the place, keep it up guys
