What truly stands out is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, & genuinely friendly, creating an atmosphere that makes you want to return. Great coffee, excellent food, reasonable prices, & outstanding service-Parma Griffintown gets it right on every level.
Great place for sandwiches in Montreal, the steak capocollo here is amazing i havent had a sandwich that good in Montreal in a very long time so this place is definitely a must try if your looking for top quality sandwiches in Montreal
I have only amazing things to say about this beautiful cafe. Me & my husband came from Toronto to Montreal on a trip, & stumbled upon this location of Parma Cafe on our first day. From the second we walked in, we were extremely impressed. The environment & atmosphere is fantastic. Enrico really made our experience top notch. He was very friendly, kind, & we had some amazing conversations with him. The food & coffee is incredible, but the paninis are out of this world. We are going to miss his sandwiches when we get back to Toronto.

I found a seat after a while of standing. Only to then be'asked' by the owner to give it up for someone else. He had already offered my seat & table before checking with me. For the price of these sandwiches & drinks, there's many other cafés to consider around the area.
We stumbled onto this place & we were not disappointed. Visiting MTL from Nova Scotia & looking to stop in for a coffee & lunch. The staff were very friendly & the sandwiches were delicious! Service was fast & quality in every bite. The coffee hit the spot & the atmosphere is enjoyable.
The owner & operator made a point to check in & greet everyone who came into the cafe. Highly recommend & we will be back anytime we're in MTL!
Just picked up two sandwiches to go, & both were pretty disappointing. They looked great nicely stacked & visually appealing but they were missing a lot of flavour & sauce. I might give Parma another try in a few weeks since they just opened in my neighbourhood, but with Clarke Café & La Scacciata close by, it's a tough sell right now.
Excellent place for a high-quality coffee & delicious Italian sandwiches! The atmosphere is welcoming, & the hospitality is outstanding. A big thank you to the whole team, especially Enrico, who made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!
So pumped this place finally opened! Honestly, their sandwiches are to die for. The mortadella with pistachio pesto & mozzarella is easily my favorite-it's a total game-changer. They nailed the bread, too; it's super fresh & crispy without being too much. Plus, the owner & staff are incredibly sweet. Such a win for the neighborhood!
I want to add the service that we receive in this establishment is absolutely amazing. As a resident of this neighbourhood for 20 years, I have rarely seen this good customer service!
