Really cute spot for coffee & smoothies, tried the Berry Bella smoothie at the recommendation of the owners son & it was 10/10. Enrico, the owner, was on site & introduced himself to us & was extremely friendly & personable. Excellent service from everyone, cute vibes, will definitely be back again!!

Was really looking forward to it because my buddy said it was better than Bossa. Didn't really live up to expectations, the chicken was burnt & the steak panini was alright but not for me. Overall was OK but the quality wasn't there for me which was weird cus I was the only one in the store. I'll stick with Bossa.

We found this place looking for a brunch spot & were so pleasantly surprised by the warm welcomes, menu, service, food & atmosphere. The music added so much to the experience & the staff were amazing! 10/10 recommend!!

We just walk in without any expectation. Sandwiches are surprising good & staffs are very friendly. I ordered something not on the menu & they could still accommodate. First time visited Montreal, it will leave me a great memory.

We came from Toronto & honestly the service efficiency & quality of food impresses me here at Parma cafe! The food is simple yet tasty, healthy & nutritious for the reasonable price we paid. We genuinely appreciate local businesses that still keep things real (iykyk). Will definitely recommend to any tourist who'd love some quick good food while exploring downtown Montreal!
