We absolutely love Parma & we genuinely feel like they love their customers! It's refreshing to see a place that doesn't fit the typical standard of'everything is now expensive & mediocre'. Enrico & his staff are amazing & they always go out of their way to put a smile on their face & strike up a conversation while serving you.
Also, best coffee in Griffintown.

We came from Toronto & honestly the service efficiency & quality of food impresses me here at Parma cafe! The food is simple yet tasty, healthy & nutritious for the reasonable price we paid. We genuinely appreciate local businesses that still keep things real (iykyk). Will definitely recommend to any tourist who'd love some quick good food while exploring downtown Montreal!

Parma on Notre Dame West consistently delivers an exceptional experience. The lattes are perfectly crafted-smooth, flavorful, & among the best you'll find in the city. Their breakfast sandwiches are fresh, delicious, & surprisingly affordable without compromising on quality.

What truly stands out is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, & genuinely friendly, creating an atmosphere that makes you want to return. Great coffee, excellent food, reasonable prices, & outstanding service-Parma Griffintown gets it right on every level.

Breakfast at Parma Café in Little Burgundy was the perfect way to start the day in Montreal. From the first bite, it was clear that everything was made with care. Fresh, flavorful, & absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the prices were affordable, & every dish exceeded expectations.

What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Enrico, who was so friendly, welcoming, & genuinely passionate about his café. It's easy to see why locals & visitors alike love this spot.

If you're visiting Montreal, do yourself a favor & stop by Parma Café. Great food, amazing value, & hospitality that makes you feel right at home. This is the kind of place you'll be thinking about long after your trip is over.

I'm a regular customer & I genuinely love this place. Honestly, the owner & the rest of the staff are top-tier when it comes to manners & professionalism, & the cake is truly some of the best around. The place is clean, classy, & absolutely deserves success.

My last visit, though, included a situation that really bothered me & I can't ignore it-because I respect the place & want it to stay at the same high standard.

The girl at the cashier treated me in a way that made me feel unwelcome, for no reason at all. Then, while serving the cake, the tongs were right in front of her, but she chose to pick up the piece with her bare hands.

I'm 100% sure this was an individual mistake that doesn't represent the place or the respectable ethics of the owner I know. But I had to point it out because this is about hygiene & customer treatment, & those are the foundation of any respectable place like yours.

I hope there will be more focus on training staff that every customer deserves respect, & that basic food handling rules are non-negotiable-especially since your prices are high & customers expect service at the same level.

I'll remain a customer, because I'm confident you'll take this feedback seriously. Best of luck.

Just checked out Parma Café's new location on Notre-Dame in St-Henri & I'm already obsessed. The space is incredibly cute. But what really stood out was the staff: genuinely some of the nicest people I've met, which makes the whole experience even better.

& the food? Unreal. The chicken cutlet sandwich is, without exaggeration, the best in the city & I've tried them all. Definitely a new go-to spot.
