This place is EXACTLY what we hope look for when we're on vacation: A casual, non-pretentious place with food that is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the charcuterie Panino & my wife had a Porchetta panino. Both were literally the best paninis we've had in North America & much of Italy. They both featured a special'relish' (for lack of a better word) that was a mix of lettuce, peppers pearl onions & exquisite seasoning. I wish I could have that on every sandwich I eat - forever! The mixtures is both exceptionally tasty & a bit spicy. When I took my first bite it was like a party in my mouth! I knew almost immediately that it was one of the best sandwiches that I'd ever had. Then my wife gave me a bite of her porchetta panino & THAT was even better. The seasoning on that pork just exploded my taste buds… & I'm not even a big fan of pork. One of the keys to the greatness of these sandwiches is the amazing bread. It has a perfect combination of a delicious, delicate center with a perfect, gourmet-crunchy crust. Not too hard or thick, but just right for marrying with the perfection of the ingredients.
Not to be outdone were the staff! They were all every bit as wonderful as the food, & so welcoming & helpful. My wife & I truly can't recommend the Parma Café enough. They served us a meal that we kept reflecting on with great fondness the rest of our trip. In fact, there is a very famous deli in Montreal called Schwartz's which is known around the world for its amazing sandwiches. We ate there the day before & it was, indeed, good , but if I had to choose between the two, I'd eat at Parma Café hands down every time. Enjoy.View more
Great spot for fresh deli food & desserts. Bread is crisp & fresh. Sandwiches are tasty. Price is reasonable. Atmosphere is perfect & the staff is friendly. If you don't have a lot of time this is great for take-out.View more
Super overrated & super overpriced you can find way better panini's for less the price in so many places across Montreal.View more

Wandered in here while getting lost looking for Tommy Café. THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER! The breakfast sandwich was beautiful, delicious & affordable. The service was efficient & pleasant.View more
Kinda surprised this place is so well rated! The atmosphere is great, but the sandwiches are really underwhelming. The day I was there, all the coffees were insanely sweet (overheard others mention it as well, so it wasn't a one off). Anyways, wanted to like this spot but feels like i wasted $25.View more
Just had the greatest lunch ever! Every bite was absolute perfection-flavors on point, textures just right, & the kind of meal that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate it. & it was a winner for my picky son. Service was exceptional!View more
I think it's a genuine & decent gesture that they offer free meals for their members. I had this delicious panini today. I totally recommend this place.View more

Definitely worth a tryView more
Sandwich are really good but I noticed since a few months that they put a less chicken in the parma club. For a 20$ Sandwich I believe this is a wrong move.View more

Heard some good things about this place. Decided to stop here first after driving from Ottawa. Was blown away that a sandwhich & tiramisu was $27. Cashier was friendly until he wasent, which was coincidentally when he saw we hadent left a tip( we tip in cash). The ordering is chaotic, had no idea where to wait for food. Waited 17 minutes for a sandwhich with 2 slices of meat & a slice of cheese on it. A bunch of the hard pieces of pickled banana peppers you find at the bottom of the bucket & a whole olive. At the 12 minute mark, we met the female employee who spoke very quietly in a crowded space. It was busy. She said something while holding a sandwhich, I assumed after it had been a while that it was mine. I turned to ask her about the sandwhich. She asked me what my name was. I told her. She then says'Well, this is Madison's order not yours'. I did say okay & sorry. She trudged over to the crowd of people. Looked very displeased being there. My sandwhich came & it was plopped down between my partner & I with a'Here'. This lady proceeded to stare at me while I was eating, making me very uncomfortable. I didn't finish the sandwhich, I just told my partner we could leave. We thanked them on the way out & left.
There is no where to hang your coat that is visible to you.
Staff are iffy & it genuinely made me uncomfortable to be in there.
Sandwhich was...meh. dry. No sauce. Nothing. Just oil &'pickled vegetables', just banana peppers.
Its over priced & you get attitude for mis hearing.
Don't think I will be back. I usually eat at Dagwoods( not available in Ottawa) & I regret not doing that.
Partner said he enjoyed the tiramisu, but it was a bought in dessert so....View more
View more
