Loved this place! Excellent service from Michelangelo. He gave great suggestions & looked like he was happy to be there. We came on a Tuesday at 3:00 & it was perfect. I had tried to come at lunch one day & it was packed. The bread for the paninis is perfect. Nice flavour & crunch, not too much doughy filling, big enough to encompass the layers, & it stays in tact until the last bite. The mortadella sandwich is delightful. We would prefer maybe another cheese, but over all great. The spicy steak sandwich, recommended by Mick, is amazing. Full of flavour & great ingredients. Spicy but manageable. The French fries are great. The sandwiches are about 18$. Not cheap, but worth it. We didn't have dessert this time but they look amazing. As a tea drinker I was happy to see & assortment of really good teas. Looking forward to coming back & trying everything.View more

The coffee & food are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The coffee beans could be of better quality, & the size of the coffee is not standard; it's more in line with American sizes. Despite this, I will return because there are limited options for coffee in Laval.View more

I ordered coffee( expresso), which was not good, too far from an Italian expresso. I told the lady that the coffee tasted so bad. She just said, "Yeah, it is our machine." You can do a good service,clean, food not bad but don't forget your name. Parma Cafe. Do a good coffee if you want your customers to be happy.View more

I love Parma Café at Marché Jean-Talon so was ecstatic when it came to Centropolis. Large, spacious, but still cozy & bright. Beats Café Milano Laval in terms of vibe (sorry Café Milano!) I just wished you 1) Served your breakfast sandwich all day (or later than 11) 2) Opened at 7 instead of 8 AM in the week. I sometimes would love a breakfast sandwich & coffee on my way to work ☕View more

Went for a quick brunch, really cool vibes with traditional Italian music playing at just right volume. Had the Bagel cream cheese & egg omelet. It was delicious only thing I would recommend is for the bagel to have been a little meatier to better accommodate the omelet & dressings. coffee was EXCELLENT, try the latte light!!. First Timer. Plenty of parking around. Welcoming & friendly staffs. Place was clean & cosy. Menu was straightforward with quite a lot of Panini options. Food came like 5min after ordering which was nice. I personally had the La Gigi which was good, compared the Turkey one, which I tasted too. I've been planning on going for a while & was so happy they opened a location on Laval The decor was so beautiful & cozy, perfect spot for dates, coffee, studying, or catching up with a friend. The service was quick, & the staff were great They came to check on us multiple time's to make sure everything was good & to our satisfaction We ordered the chicken ceasar panini & fire chicken sandwich ( which was actually spicy & good ) the bread .Wow, it was great We also had arancini, crispy & cheesy The fries were a big portion so perfect for sharing, & it came with truffle mayonnaise. Tell them in advance if you prefer regular or spicy mayonnaise The owner / manager was kind enough & offered us some lattes & dessert It was a very kind gesture & made us feel appreciated as first-time customers Don't miss out, guys.
