I like Parma Café's ambience & everyone is really nice! However, my roast beef au jus 18$ panini was quite average… the meat was very dry & bland. More like philly steak than roast beef au jus in my opinion… pretty cheap on the filling too I think… I don't think I'll spend that much money on a sandwich that tastes about as good as a walmart sub again… I ate it but feel really bad for my wallet right now :( sad because it really is a cute place!View more

Great place to have a coffee with a friend,
We went around 6:30pm it was a quite a busy,
But the service was quick
I had a light cold latte it was good
Also got the fire chicken it was spicy so if you love spicy it should be in your list
& my friend took a steak capoccolo épicé sandwich
It was also good but she preferred to have a more mayo inside to make it juicier
The all employees were super friendly
I would definitely go backView more

Nice spot, however way too noisy & service leaves a lot to be desired, being seated next to each other because of noise, asked to move in front of each other because of the queue. Also, each time one wants to order something else, one has to go stand up once more & go through line, not a great experience.View more

I visited Parma Cafe on a Saturday during peak lunch hours.
The service was fast & efficient, with the server being attentive enough to confirm my full order when I thought something might be missing. The table number system worked well.
While most prices are reasonable, some items may be slightly overpriced. However, the quality of the food made it feel worth it.
The cookies were outstanding, & the bread used for sandwiches was fantastic. Drinks were easy to enjoy. However, the fries were over-seasoned & under-salted, & the dipping sauce could be improved. Despite this, we still enjoyed our meal.
