I don't usually write review, but I needed to write one because they deserve it!! When I saw the google reviews, I thought that it was an outdoor pizza place. Dominique said it is during summertime! During winter they have beautiful indoor communal tables with the chef's tasting menu! They use ingredients from local farms, including direct from their own farm. Everything was so delicious & amazing!! Great beverage list as well. Thank you for all the effort to make this an unforgettable experience.
Deuxième visite chez Parcelles & toujours aussi impressionnée! L'ambiance est chaleureuse & conviviale, le service attentionné, & on se sent presque comme invités chez le chef. Tout ce qu'on a mangé était excellent du début à la fin, & la recommandation de vin était parfaite. Une adresse qui vaut vraiment le détour!

Du soin quotidien apporté à la basse cour & à tout ce qui touche la gestion d'une entreprise agricole. Du choix des semis d'exception, de la culture des légumes & de leur conservation sous toute ses formes. Du choix des vins qui nous sortent du convenu, de l'ordinaire.
