Delicious gluten free food! Had no reactions & it was made so well! I got one of everything & it was all amazingView more
Parc Sans Gluten has the best gluten free croissants & puff pastries I've had. Being someone who frequents New York & Philadelphia for excellent gluten free baked goods, Parc Sans Gluten stands out as an exceptional business & helped make every morning during my stay in Montréal special!View more
The best gluten-free croissants! Super flaky & buttery. My partner has Celic's & we came to Parc sans Gluten every morning for breakfast while we were in Montréal. As someone who can have gluten, I thought their croissants, danishes, & empanadas were just as good as non-gluten free ones. Highly recommend!View more
The croissants almost made me cry, the chocolate was so good. The best gluten free pastries I've had, 10/10.View more
I was so excited to discover this bakery on our trip to Montreal. I haven't had a good pastry since going gluten free. We tried the chicken & spinach empanadas, chocolate & plain croissants, & the multi grain bread. They were amazing! I was the only gluten free person in our group & everyone enjoyed the treats. We wouldn't have known they were gluten free.
I highly recommend this patisserie!View more
Purely wonderful!!! Chocolate croissants & Chicken & Spinach empanada were to die for. Well worth the trip to this gluten free bakery in this quaint park side neighborhood.View more
Not the fanciest bakery & was missing some products, but the food they did have was amazing. It is always great to find these hidden bakeries that are 100% gluten-free. I will definitely be returning.View more
I'm not even gluten free & these are some of the greatest baked goods I've had in my life. Highly recommend the chocopatine & the fruit danish if they have any left when you go.View more
BEST croissant! I recommend this place especially if you are gluten free! & the owner is super friendly!View more

Food was very well priced
It was okay gluten free foods. The pastries have a texture of tapioca flour. Very bouncy.
The sandwich bread was very crummy
Not the best I've had but not the worst !View more
Great gluten free options, very friendly service. 5 stars!View more
This is not the fanciest gluten-free bakery in the area. What it does do is croissants very well with different fillings. It is definitely worth your visit. It's less expensive than the other bakeries. What you find here are amazing croissant, empanadas., & wraps. I would definitely come here again.View more
Love the croissants, staff very nice, grateful for such tasty gluten free & dairy free baked goods.View more
Fantastic gluten free croissants & much more!!View more
Heaven on earth for the gluten free. I should have stocked up on my most recent trip. The croissants are phenomenal, gluten free is just the bonus! Located well by the park in a residential block. Makes parking & getting there less than excellent.View more
Amazing gluten free flaky pastries, the best around. Very friendly owner! Give them your businessView more
Amazing selection & service! They were so nice & even gave us a complimentary dessert. Hard to find gluten free offerings this good anywhere :)View more
Came here for the first time yesterday to try the gluten free breads. Croissant & chocolataine were both excellent. Bought multi grain bread which was vaccumed packed to try later, it will not taste good unless you properly toast it. The bread is really good if you toast it. Very thick so you have to give it additional time. Shop seems more orientated for takeouts so not sure why people are complaining so much as there was only a few tables. I was hoping for more of an in-store variety of products but would definitely go back when I'm in Montreal.View more
I came mid afternoon looking for a sandwich. The deli shelves were looking slim with just 1 wrap left. I asked for a fresh gluten free sandwich. He made us 2 fresh chicken wraps that were to die for. We also got a blueberry Danish. We sat outside on the patio to enjoy the food. It isn't the nicest looking place, but the location across from the park is ideal.View more
Went specifically to purchase lunch for the park. The chicken wrap was circa 2007 gluten free dry bread. Terrible, inedible except for the filling. The tarts were okay but this is supposed to be a specialty shop? I paid specialty prices. Annoyed & waste of my money.View more
My partner is celiac & this is one of the few gluten free places we can go to on the Plateau. Unfortunately, our experience there has gotten worse & worse. Not only is the service far from friendly (the person looks as if they don't like working there at all) but the sandwiches don't contain what's indicated on the label. Instead of peas, carrots & chicken you get a sandwich with chicken & bell pepper only in it. Very DISAPPOINTING, I would even call it false advertising. Another negative point is their communication. We asked them two weeks ago if they have any vacation planned so we could be prepared & go elsewhere. No, they said, nothing planned. Now, they have been closed for two weeks in a row with no sign on the door, no changed hours on Google, nothing. Please, take into consideration that there's people out there who are DEPENDENT on gluten free options & that can't just go to a different place just like that!! Their prices seem to be random as well, no price labels & our sandwich has a different price every time we buy there. En plus, the machine will be held towards you so you can't see the price. If this wasn't literally the only 100% gluten free bakery on the Plateau, we'd look elsewhere, but since it's close to Parc Lafontaine it's a nice stop for a snack in the park.View more
The food was absolutely beautiful but being ciliac & also getting horribly sick after eating the food was not good! The prices were very reasonable but this food should not be labeled gluten-free if it made me this sick!View more
The gluten free chocolatine is very good. But their posted hours are sometimes incorrect. We went at 9am on Tuesday & 11am on Thursday but they were closed, even though the hours said they were open.View more
