Went specifically to purchase lunch for the park. The chicken wrap was circa 2007 gluten free dry bread. Terrible, inedible except for the filling. The tarts were okay but this is supposed to be a specialty shop? I paid specialty prices. Annoyed & waste of my money.Voir plus

My partner is celiac & this is one of the few gluten free places we can go to on the Plateau. Unfortunately, our experience there has gotten worse & worse. Not only is the service far from friendly (the person looks as if they don't like working there at all) but the sandwiches don't contain what's indicated on the label. Instead of peas, carrots & chicken you get a sandwich with chicken & bell pepper only in it. Very DISAPPOINTING, I would even call it false advertising. Another negative point is their communication. We asked them two weeks ago if they have any vacation planned so we could be prepared & go elsewhere. No, they said, nothing planned. Now, they have been closed for two weeks in a row with no sign on the door, no changed hours on Google, nothing. Please, take into consideration that there's people out there who are DEPENDENT on gluten free options & that can't just go to a different place just like that!! Their prices seem to be random as well, no price labels & our sandwich has a different price every time we buy there. En plus, the machine will be held towards you so you can't see the price. If this wasn't literally the only 100% gluten free bakery on the Plateau, we'd look elsewhere, but since it's close to Parc Lafontaine it's a nice stop for a snack in the park.Voir plus

Parc Sans Gluten was disappointing. The store was dirty & lacked atmosphere. The shelves were bare. The tarts were dry with minimal fruit. Wouldn't recommend.Voir plus

The food was absolutely beautiful but being ciliac & also getting horribly sick after eating the food was not good! The prices were very reasonable but this food should not be labeled gluten-free if it made me this sick!Voir plus

The gluten free chocolatine is very good. But their posted hours are sometimes incorrect. We went at 9am on Tuesday & 11am on Thursday but they were closed, even though the hours said they were open.

Best gluten free croissant & chocolatine I've ever had. The service was okay, the guy working didn't give us change at first, then realized his mistake. We went a little after 9, & they weren't open yet for some reason. We came back at 11 & they still had some croissants & chocolatines left. I would definitely prefer the chocolatine, & will be buying more to take home with me. The croissants were $3.50 each, which is very fair.Voir plus

This place was one of the highlights of our trip to Montreal! I've been gluten free for 15 years & my daughter is gluten sensitive, so finding this place was a real treat. The chocolate croissants are incredible & they have a wide variety of baked goods. Also a beautiful location right by the park.Voir plus

Incredibly warm & friendly & patient with my rusty French! I was picking up croissants to bring back to Alberta with me & the very kind man (maybe the owner?) packaged them specially in sealed inflated bags for me. Really lovely gluten-free viennoiseries. Next time I hope it will be less hot outside so that I can enjoy a treat outdoors on the pretty patio with a view of the park across the street. Would go back here anytime I'm in Montréal. Prices were also quite reasonable for a gluten-free specialty bakery.Voir plus

We were traveling from the United States. My wife is a celiac, strictly gluten-free. So searching around on Google I discovered this charming little patisserie on a corner, across from a beautiful park. But the magic? Everything in this patisserie is gluten-free. I brought my wife, a celiac of 33 years, & she stood in the middle of the bakery looking around at all the incredible treats & kept looking at me asking "Are you serious? Everything is gluten-free " (See photo). & not just breakfast pastries. Yes, there are breakfast croissants & sandwiches. But there are also incredible wraps/burritos for lunch on the go, or to keep in your backpack for later. I'm telling you, as a non-gluten-free person, I took bites of everything that my wife bought & it was some of the most delicious pastry I've ever put in my mouth - & I would never have known that it was gluten free. Ive spent 30 years trying to create baked goods for my wife. How the owner gets these light, airy puffed pastries & croissants is simply beyond me. (Dairy-free options, too!). We ate outside on the patio & I'm telling you when my wife took her first bite of the chocolate filled croissant, she started crying. (See picture). That says it all. Go, enjoy, without worry. It's amazing.Voir plus
