I would strongly recommend staying away from Pappou Souvlaki.
I placed a takeout order an hour & a half in advance, yet the order was still about 25 minutes late. That was already disappointing, but the bigger issue was the food preparation.
When I arrived, I noticed that the chicken souvlaki was being reheated in the microwave. I asked the owner about it, & his response was that he'had no choice.' There was no apology & no concern, as if serving microwaved chicken at a restaurant is normal.
One of the staff members even commented that he microwaves food at home as well. But that's exactly the point - people go to restaurants expecting freshly prepared food, not something reheated in a microwave.
If I wanted microwaved chicken, I could easily do that at home & save the money.
Between the delay, the microwaved food, & the lack of acknowledgment from the owner, the experience was very disappointing. See the videos showing how the food was reheated.
We frequently order from this restaurant & the food is always consistent & delicious. The salads are always fresh & they follow order notes. Highly recommend!!!
I live 5 mins from this place & never went. I tried it yesterday for the first time & wow it was so good. The only thing I could think was'why didn't I come here before' lol. I'll be back today & regularly 🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely flabbergasted..! I ordered the special for 4 people & it was absolutely delicious..!!! There was so much food that we had leftover for the next day..!
This turned out to be a takeout place, not really designed to serve people inside. The taste of the food was as expected for the level of establishement, however i got a piece of plastic in the sauce which imo is a lack of basic precautions in the kitchen; hence the rating. Too bad, as the overall taste was good.

I've been ordering from this place since maybe they opened but there's no other Greek restaurant that can get my money faster than these guys!! Everything about their food tastes amazing & you can tell the love that was put into it by the chefs in the kitchen!! This place hasn't failed me once yet & I don't think it's possible either!! The food was so amazing, very saucy & well cooked! The person who served us, explained to us by detail the difference between the salads, chicken & more. Quite nice of him.
J'ai eu une très belle expérience chez pappou souvlaki leur souvlaki au poulet son succulent & très tendre wowww & aussi les côtelettes d'agneau son délicieux 😋 & leur prix sont abordables grand merci a le propriétaire 👏👌

Pappou Souvlaki is a hidden gem! The food is always fresh & flavorful, & the service is top-notch. You can tell they care about quality & customer satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Greek cuisine!
