Justine is also the best bus girl sur terre. Les assiettes ne se font jamais aussi bien débarrassées qu'elle. Shout out au sommelier un peu mystérieux qui est également une expérience humaine en soi. Son deuxième degré est toujours présent même s'il est parfois malaisant.

Delicious food with great portions. Ordered the lamb, chicken, bread, bearnaise sauce, buttermilk salad & it was the perfect amount for two people. Minus points for the dessert, unfortunately. The banana bread was very cold & felt stale & the mascarpone mousse was too sweet, especially with the butterscotch on top. Could use some reworking in terms of texture & balance. Otherwise great! If you know how to cook meat at home there is no actually a reason to go to a restaurant specialized on meat cooking only & pay cad 125 per person. The sides are delicious though (except cauliflowers). Environment is nice & lively but a bit too noisy to be able to have a conversation on a table of more than 4 people.Voir plus
