Cute place, really good food & tea. I'd say have a light lunch before you come here because theres a good amount of sandwiches & sweets. Would definitely comeback again
This place was super cute & incredibly aesthetic. The atmosphere was probably the best I've ever experienced in a restaurant-everywhere you looked, there was something fascinating, whether it was a piece of artwork or a unique decoration. It really added to the ambiance. The service was good. Food Review: I want to go into detail about everything I tried & rate each dish: Grilled Cheese - 2/5 Pretty boring-nothing special. I didn't like the flavor or the bread (which had pistachios & walnuts). It just wasn't good. I could easily make a better one at home. Shepherd's Pie - 4/5 It was amazing! The only thing I would change is adding some corn for a bit of freshness, since there was a lot of meat & it felt really dense. Ideally, it would have equal layers of corn, mashed potatoes, & beef. Deviled Egg - N/A I don't like eggs like that, so I can't really judge it. But I did like the Parmesan crisp on top. BLT Chicken Sandwich - 2/5 Super average. It lacked flavor-literally just tasted like chicken, lettuce, mayo, & mustard on bread. I could make this in two minutes at home. If I'm paying $54 for a meal, I want something more intricate, something that excites my taste buds. Potato Artichoke Luca with Salmon Mousse - 5/5 This was hands down my favorite of all the savory items. I'm not even a fan of salmon or fish in general, but it was amazing. I would eat 100 of these. Absolutely a 10/10. Scones & Desserts: Scones - 3/5 A little dry. I've had better scones that I made at home or from places like Milk. They needed more moisture. The jam, however, was incredible-I literally finished it with a spoon. The cream wasn't my thing, but that's just personal preference. Macaron - 2/5 This one was disappointing. I thought it was raspberry white chocolate (which is a great flavor combo), but it tasted like mint. The texture was good, though. Pistachio Cake - 1/5 Not for me. I don't like almond fondant or almond paste, & the pistachio flavor just wasn't it. Chocolate Mousse - 1/5 Did not like it at all. The popcorn on top also felt random & unnecessary. Overall Experience: Despite some of the food being hit or miss, I'm really happy I went. The experience was worth it-it was a nice way to spend a cute girls' brunch. I also appreciated the little touches, like them taking your coat when you arrive. Plus, the fact that it was so busy made me feel like I had chosen a great spot-clearly, everyone wants to come here!

My friends & I celebrated my birthday at Paparmane, & it was such a magical experience! The beautiful rococo decor set the perfect atmosphere, & the tea selection was absolutely incredible - so many unique & flavorful blends to choose from. The tiered platters were a highlight for all of us, with delicious scones, sandwiches, & pastries that we couldn't get enough of. The staff were so welcoming & made the day even more special. We loved every moment & can't wait to be back for another unforgettable afternoon
Pretty cute & magical feeling of venue, the food is amazing however the sweets are way too sweet if they put less sugar about 40%, I would like to visit regularly.
Pretty place, definitely put the effort into decor. Could have put more effort into music though. Holiday tower was good overall & a nice variety, but it just wasn't fresh. It might be because we came for a later service but the grilled cheese & the mini pot pie were kinda cold, for example. I wouldn't recommend the Nutcracker rooibos, it definitely wasn't as nutty as I thought it would be. Service was friendly & attentive.
I've always enjoyed high tea & last had it at the Savoy Hotel in London so my expectations were relatively high. I was charmed by the entire experience, right from the moment I looked into the front window still decorated for the Christmas season. We were greeted immediately & brought right to our waiting table. The decor is whimsical, the service was both friendly & attentive & the food was a lovely mix of traditional with a Quebecois twist, as advertised. I will be returning next month with my two elderly aunts who I know will just love the experience, from decor to menu! We inquired as to when they had opened & were told last April (2024). For a relatively newer establishment, they have the feel of having been around for a lot longer! Love that we have this new option in the city!
Beautiful "Alice in Wonderland-ish" experience. Delicious bites (incl vegan options) of high tea delights served on beautiful 3-tier service trays. Prix fix at $60. Vegan options. Great selection of teas served in your own pot. Service is attentive, & the decor is delightfully fanciful. A real treat. Great for a special occasion. Practically no waiting room, so bundle up if you're outside. (Went in Jan.) & it was a bit loud to hear around our table of 4.

This is truly a gem! I highly recommend this place simply because this is the real tea lunch experience like in the UK. Classic, great service, amazing food, great menu & cosy ambiance. This gorgeous tea room makes you feel like in a very sophisticated old room of a beautiful Chateau. The kid menu is on point with the tea salon experience & the little touch for them was noticed & appreciated by my 8 years old daughter. She is telling all her friends about this experience & recommends it to anyone. As for the adult, i highly recommend this place for a great experience & a cozy fun time with friends &/or family. Let's not forget this place after Christmas as this is a gem that needs to stay in Montreal. Tea time is any day of the year. This will for sure become my go to place to have nice memories & discussions with my daughter.
