Paparmane welcomes the autumn season with a special menu crafted by its executive chef Yoann Bouyer, who joined the team in February. With experience in fine dining in France and Québec, including at Européa and Hôtel St-Regis, Yoann creates exquisite bites where every detail is carefully considered, elevating teatime to a new level.

The autumn menu features a variety of seasonal treats, including a moist pumpkin cake, a double-baked apple tartlet, butternut squash crostini, and a comforting little sandwich inspired by the Philly steak. This selection perfectly balances warmth and sweetness, offering a cozy and indulgent experience for the season.

For those who wish to enjoy these creations at home, the Autumn Flavors take-out box is also available through Paparmane's online store.

Reservations are now open for guests to experience this new gourmet chapter in the heart of Old Montreal.
