Randomly went into this bar on my last night on visiting Montreal with my boyfriend to get some drinks. Great music, & awesome vibe. The bartender Kim made excellent drinks & was very kind! I would definitely come back to this bar for the music & friendly staff like Kim.
Came here last night for my bachelorette party & had the best time! 🥳✨ The space was beautiful & super "aesthetic." The music was great & the DJ was kind enough to take all our requests. The food was delicious & the service was fantastic. Tristan & Morris made sure everything was to our liking & checked in on us all night. Overall amazing experience - we stayed until the lights came on!!! 🪩💃🏼

litteraly the cutest resto ever!! the food is soooo good, the music too, the decoration is pretty & what about the staff!! It was very welcoming & Omar is the best
Very, VERY slow service. Our server was nice. I'm not sure of his name. But he works very slow. It took over 45 minutes just to get our food. The wait felt like forever. It took a long time just to get the bill too. The music in the background did not help. It was super annoying & loud. The food was actually decent. It wasn't too bad at all.
Honestly? One of the best experiences we've lived in a long time. & I eat out 4 times a week. First: The service; Emily took charge of us & recommended great appetizers & made us feel right at home. In fact she insisted in saying , Here you are Home! Secondly: The food; Salmon tartare, just the right size & perfectly balanced. The salade with a vinaigrette to die for. Then the Sea bass with a vinegary sauce that took the flavour to another level. Thirdly: the ambiance; dancing on the bar, music by this DG so perfectly balanced with great choices of music & level of sound just right. Lastly: the pricing. This issue is always awkward as it depends on how much drink & what grade of wine you purchase. But as for the prices of appetizers & main course the prices were very reasonable & similar to restaurants in that same grade. Overall best evening we've had in the past 10 years. Thks to all

Great place to celebrate your birthday! Super service, ambiance, nice touch with the bottle service: they use super designed tools & very festive staff + on top of that, great music & dj ! 👍🏻👍🏻 You have to try !!!
My friends & I had the best time at Pangea! The food was delicious! Highly recommend the sea bass & short rib! The service was flawless making it a very nice experience. The vibes were super fun, there was a dj playing awesome music, we ended up dancing after we finished eating. What a great place for a birthday!
I wish I could give 0 stars to the servers she was no where to be found all night. Drinks were overpriced. The music is absolutely amazing & the owner was so sweet. Such a vibe. But unfortunately will not be coming back

Amazing ambiance & service! Rocco was a boss & took awesome care of us! Great place for dinner & even better dancing spot! Great music, highly recommend!
Service is slow but i liked the vibes & the ambiance & the music it is rare that u find a place where u can eat & dance & listen to good music with the boring winter of Montréal it is much needed. not to forget the arabic touch of derbakke. The menu can have more choices.
I recently went for a bachelorette party. Upon reading the reviews, I really had no expectations, fully anticipating eating subpar food. I was pleasantly surprised, however. The food was actually very good, the portion size was large, the plates were nicely presented, & the server was friendly & helpful.
We were there at close to 9pm, so the music was starting to get pretty loud by the end. It got to the point where you had to really project your voice to be heard. While that is not my cup of tea, I'm sure it appeals to many.
I would return if they operate on weekdays with quieter music. Overall, it was still a perfectly suitable location for the occasion & it was an enjoyable experience.
I went to Pangea recently for a Bachelorette dinner. The decor & ambiance is beautiful & the bar is spectacular. We had a fixed menu & the food was very good - lots of flavours. The best was their olive oil cake - really delicious. Their drink menu is also very good, with many house cocktails which were all tasty. The manager Rocco was a great host, checked on us most of the night & even treated us to a round of shots. He was very personable & nice with us. We really enjoyed him. The place turns into a supper club at around 11:30 - with bottle service to the tables. There was place to dance & enjoy drinks. All around, Pangea was a great place of your looking for good food & a good time in the city. There are two things that they fell short with & that was:
1. The salad did not have nuts listed as an ingredient on the menu but came in the salad. TG I tasted them before a highly allergic friend took a bite. Even when we informed the waitress she stated it’s listed on the menu but it was not - despite this, she also brought out a dessert garnished with nuts again to the same guest. This was disappointing.
2. The music was ok. The crowd got lively with ABBA & other fun Danae music came on, but there was too much lyricless danse music for my liking - different genres like reggae Ron or RNB would have been fun also, but this is more personal opinion. Many people were dancing to whatever was playing.
