Superbe service de Stéphane. C'est sure que je reviens si je peux ravoir un service similaire (assez ponctuel, courtois & avec une bonne humeur) Le décor est trop Nice. La place à une belle terrasse bien confortable & instagramable Les calamar était salé mais j'ai pris que des entrées. (C'est sure c'est pas donné mais c'est au vieux port donc je pense c'est juste comme ça dans le coins de façon général les prix) Je pense qu'ils ont bien réussi nos cocktails par contre au niveau du goût .

Stéphane a fait un travail remarquable, ils nous a mis vraiment à l'aise , très très bon service , les calamars étaient vraiment trop salé les cocktails était très bon & bien sucré,c'est tout ce qu'on a pris . Le décor est très beau bien instagramable , pour les toilettes des femmes je trouvais que ça sentait pas bon du tout , & c'était pas très très propre t'avais du papier partout par terre carrément , donc voilà mon avis honnêtement encore une fois le service impeccable de Stephane vraiment , il nous a mis très à l'aise
Flair without substance. Went here for a company meeting & despite advanced notice & warning, they were completely unprepared. It took me 45 minutes for my "cocktail", which was Jamison & Coke.
I went to this place with a couple of friends for my birthday. The atmosphere was amazing, so was the DJ after diner! However, I have never waited that long in a restaurant for a few dishes. We arrived early (8pm) & maybe 40min after receiving the menus we got asked for our cocktails order. After receiving them, it took another moment before ordering food. It took A WHILE before our friends received their carpaccios (cold & quick meals to prepare). 30 minutes after they have received them, my boyfriend & I got our dishes (2 steaks), & I forgot to mention, we all ordered one dish each as we were not that hungry. But for our steaks to arrive, we had to talk to two waitresses & the manager how all gave us weird reasons for the wait. However, he steaks were really good & of quality. The carpaccios apparently were not that special & one of our friends had meat & fish mixed in hers. Finally, we asked for the bill & it never arrived so we had to go & get it. Too bad we maybe booked on the wrong night.
My husband & I visited Pangea twice during our few days in Montreal last week, & we absolutely LOVE the atmosphere & unique decor in every room of this place! Definitely one of our favorite spots we discovered in Montreal! One of the owners, Peter, was incredibly friendly & helpful & he even hooked us up with some complimentary hot out of the oven croissants to go with our coffee:) We came to the coffee shop side one morning (see pic with the cool cat on the wall) & didn't realize until Peter gave us a walk-through that the restaurant is on the other side of the same establishment. So cool! The octopus & tuna tartare I believe it was called, were both incredibly fresh & delicious & my cocktail was amazing as well! We definitely plan to return on a weekend sometime so we can dine in the supper club room if possible where the big tree is, it is seriously so cool you all have to check it out! They also have an amazing outdoor patio setup with great views! We definitely recommend this unique local business! A+++

DJ was the only good thing going for this place. Service was terrible, drinks super watered down for a 16$ cocktail... Food was only ok, but definetly not worth the price
Incroyable service par Léa. cocktails succulents, ambiance formidable. Elle nous a recomandé des cocktails parfait pour l'ambiance & en plus elle nous a recommandé des bons lieux touristiques aux alentours

This place has good potential but I think it opened up a little too early. The staff tries their best but you can tell that they are pretty inexperienced (particularly the waitresses & bartenders). The service is extremely slow despite the fact that it was 2/3rd empty. We went around 8. It took almost an hour for the 3 of us to get one cocktail each (& they arrived at very different times (at least in that time our water was refilled 10 times lol). Charging 16$ a cocktail when there is no presentation, poor glasses choices (martinis in champagne flutes) & way too much sugar is not a vibe. Not to mention the flagrant lipstick marks on the rim of my glasses. I wouldn’t really trust eating there….the decor is cool. Probably would be better at night for just bottle service & bar rail!
I went to Pangea recently for a Bachelorette dinner. The decor & ambiance is beautiful & the bar is spectacular. We had a fixed menu & the food was very good - lots of flavours. The best was their olive oil cake - really delicious. Their drink menu is also very good, with many house cocktails which were all tasty. The manager Rocco was a great host, checked on us most of the night & even treated us to a round of shots. He was very personable & nice with us. We really enjoyed him. The place turns into a supper club at around 11:30 - with bottle service to the tables. There was place to dance & enjoy drinks. All around, Pangea was a great place of your looking for good food & a good time in the city. There are two things that they fell short with & that was:
1. The salad did not have nuts listed as an ingredient on the menu but came in the salad. TG I tasted them before a highly allergic friend took a bite. Even when we informed the waitress she stated it’s listed on the menu but it was not - despite this, she also brought out a dessert garnished with nuts again to the same guest. This was disappointing.
2. The music was ok. The crowd got lively with ABBA & other fun Danae music came on, but there was too much lyricless danse music for my liking - different genres like reggae Ron or RNB would have been fun also, but this is more personal opinion. Many people were dancing to whatever was playing.
