Mon filet mignon était beaucoup plus petit que celui de mon invité. J'ai commandé un dessert avant mon invité & il l'a reçu le sien bien avant moi ( le même dessert tout les 2). J'ai dû attendre & rappeler au serveur (qui n'était pas celui qui m'avait servi dès le début & qui s'est excusé pour la situation) que j'avais un dessert aussi. J'ai eu l'impression d'être discriminé parce que j'avais pris le spécial du dimanche & que mon invité avait commandé des plates réguliers. C'est moi qui a payé la facture & mon service était médiocre.View more

The staff provided top-notch service throughout the evening. Very attentive, knowledgeable, & made excellent recommendations. Now, let's talk about the food. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender & full of flavor. It was definitely the highlight of my meal. & let's not forget about the drinks! It was expertly crafted & perfectly balanced, just the way I like it. Overall, Palma exceeded my expectations in every aspect. We came here for the first time & all I can say is WOW. The food, the atmosphere, the ambiance is a literal 10/10. Our waitress was phenomenal. She suggested some options & they were very good. Great service & vibe. Appetizers are also quite good. However, that's where the positive ends. The porterhouse was of such low quality. The meat was grey. Some of the worst meat quality I've seen in a high end restaurant. On top of that, it was very under seasoned & drenched in oil. The sides also lacked any seasoning & we're full of oil The dessert was also another big letdown. The vanilla ice cream tasted like cheap Quebon (maybe even no name) frozen dessert. This was definitely not real ice cream. Honorable mention goes to the cash only valet. Nobody carries cash in 2024. Not worth the price for food. Good place for drinks & a fun vibe thoughView more

The place is super great but poor customer service . Im really disappointed with the service. We've waiting for 30 minutes to get in with the reservation & we waited over an hour to get the foods. Super arrogant waitress. My advise is to train your team to be able to offer a good customer service. It was my friend's birthday dinner . So bad for a spot with nice vibe .View more

Went there for dinner with a friend & was blown away by every aspect of this place. From the moment you walk in, the dining room has an amazing musky scent. The decor is 👌🏾 & the seating is very comfortable. The service was welcoming & efficient, we were never left wanting for anything. Our meal was cooked to perfection : from the porterhouse steak, to the guan shrimp, to the sticky ribs, it was all delectable. We also had a Japanese whiskey tasting while we were there. The food was good but the service could use some improvement. I don't understand how a restaurant located inside a hotel has staff that refuses to serve clients in English. I was there last night with a friend who was speaking in French but, since it's not her first language would switch to English & the waitress was very standoffish with her. She was visibly displeased with the fact that she was spoken to in English & would purposely answer my friend in French. She was more polite with me because I spoke to her in fluent french. Thats aside from the fact that she just wasn't a good waitress. At least the bus boy was welcoming & sweet. I won't be going back.View more
