Le service y a été très bien ! Un plus pour le barman qui est venu faire notre cocktail directement à notre table. Malgré la grosseur du groupe, le service a été très rapide. La salle privée était très agréable. Merci à toute l'équipe

Nous allons chercher des pâtes plusieurs fois par semaine. Nous avons toujours eu du pain à l'ail (du bar à salade) gratuitement. Hier, nous avons dû payer $4 pour deux tranches de pain. C'est quand -même cher pour deux tranches de pain.

Its wonderful! The place has a very nice & cozy music selection they play when seated & have a very pretty atmosphere. The lighting & paintings add to it but thats skipping the food, its wondeful let me tell you. The soup & truffle fondu we took were very delicious & it melted in one's mouth, the truffle was truly the best but the carbonara was truly the best pick! (That is including their drinks selection)

10/10, definitely recommend a visit here

BIG FAT 0/10 - for both the food & the service. Save your money, your time, & your tastebuds… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Our group booked this restaurant to celebrate a 60th birthday because the private room created such a beautiful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the ambience was the ONLY positive part of the evening.

From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the restaurant was completely understaffed.

• ONE server for 20 guests
• Service painfully slow all night
• We were eventually rushed because the restaurant was closing

At first, we tried to overlook it & focus on enjoying the celebration with family & friends… until the food arrived.

The appetizers were bland & forgettable - struggling to finish the meatballs & calamari - barely touched.

Then came the main courses:
2 of which were absolutely inedible. The Penne with Prosciutto & Gorgonzola & the Fettuccine Alfredo didn't even make it past the second bite. The plates remained practically full, yet our server never once checked if the meals were okay.

When we finally informed the server that the dishes were tasteless & poorly prepared, we were shocked that BOTH meals still appeared on the bill. The explanation?
'The kitchen prepared them, so there's nothing we can do.'

Even after speaking with the manager, the meals were STILL not fully removed. We were expected to pay for food that was barely edible.

Completely unacceptable!!!!

This restaurant seriously needs to invest not only in proper staffing, but also in more skilled & professional chefs who understand flavor, quality, & basic customer expectations. Beautiful ambience means absolutely nothing when the food is this disappointing.

TOTALLY & UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED FOODIE!!!
