Our group booked this restaurant to celebrate a 60th birthday because the private room created such a beautiful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the ambience was the ONLY positive part of the evening.
From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the restaurant was completely understaffed.
• ONE server for 20 guests
• Service painfully slow all night
• We were eventually rushed because the restaurant was closing
At first, we tried to overlook it & focus on enjoying the celebration with family & friends… until the food arrived.
The appetizers were bland & forgettable - struggling to finish the meatballs & calamari - barely touched.
Then came the main courses:
2 of which were absolutely inedible. The Penne with Prosciutto & Gorgonzola & the Fettuccine Alfredo didn't even make it past the second bite. The plates remained practically full, yet our server never once checked if the meals were okay.
When we finally informed the server that the dishes were tasteless & poorly prepared, we were shocked that BOTH meals still appeared on the bill. The explanation?
'The kitchen prepared them, so there's nothing we can do.'
Even after speaking with the manager, the meals were STILL not fully removed. We were expected to pay for food that was barely edible.
Completely unacceptable!!!!
This restaurant seriously needs to invest not only in proper staffing, but also in more skilled & professional chefs who understand flavor, quality, & basic customer expectations. Beautiful ambience means absolutely nothing when the food is this disappointing.
TOTALLY & UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED FOODIE!!!

Quand on s'est assis on a trouvé des verres qui étaient sales & mal rinsés. La grille à pain était noire de beurre brûlé. Nos repas... pas bons du tout. Pâtes caoutchouteuses, sauce trop salée, portions inadéquates pour le prix.
J'ai manger linguini crevette sauce crème j'ai redemander de la sauce car trop pogner ensemble après avoir goûtez la.sauce extrêmement saler sa pas sens .la gérante qui est jamais venu nous voir envoie son serveur dire ont peut changer son assiette mais tout le.monde avait fini de manger alors j'ai dit non merci (personne est venu me voir si c'était à mon goût) elle.me suggèrent toujours par son serveur de me donner 15% de rabais mais sur ma.prochaine fois.cest quoi sa j'ai même pas.ma mangé 2 boucher sur mon assiette .bref très poche comme souper .
Musique d'ambiance parfaite pas du style ascenseur ni trop classique, un petit jazz populaire très agréable Service digne des restos étoilés. Des prix abordables & des plats aux proportions équilibrées ni trop lourd ni trop léger.

Vestige d'une autre époque, j'apprécie encore le concept. Avec des prix légèrement mieux aligner avec le passé, les clients abonderaient sûrement plus!
Wow! Quelle belle experience. Un groupe de 28 personnes qui n'avait que 1h30 pour manger. Cela s'est réalisé avec brio en plus du personnel tellement agréable. Le menu tellement varié & la nourriture délicieuse. Je recommande & c'est certain que j'y retournerai.
Nous étions un groupe de 20 personnes incluant enfants & adultes .. nous avions besoin de manger, payer & quitter en 1h45 …
J'ai fait plusieurs restaurants avec des groupes sportif qu'on pre commandait le repas pour s'assurer d'être à l'heure pour le match, mais le service n'a jamais super. Ce soir, je dois dire que ça fait longtemps que j'ai jamais eu un aussi bon service .. rapide, sourie . Ils avaient d'aimer leur emploi.
Nous avons eu un très bel accueil, notre serveur William était hyper sympathique. De plus, il connaissait très très bien ses choix de vins & des différents plats sur le menu & il a été de très bons conseils.
Un endroit chaleureux ,conviviale , de la bonne cuisine ,le service est excellent ,Megan la serveuse est super gentille & serviable ...Pamella la gérante toujours souriante & accueuillante qui rayonne de manière qui favorise la confiance & la convivialité ....Merci à toute l'équipe ,je viens toujours moi mon mari & ma fille & on sent toujours bien ,vous êtes notre restaurant préféré ❤?

J'ai été souper avec mon fils le repas etait bien mais les portions sont moyenne pour le prix & pour le dessert dans les petits pots mason pour le prix cest beaucoup trop petit
