Chang's you are surrounded by a unique environment combining influences of Chinese and American cultures. A panoramic, hand-painted mural depicting 12th century China, is visible from the main dining room and commands attention as the restaurant's centerpiece, while several terra-cotta warriors stand guard. Our majestic 11 ft. tall horses grace the entrance to many of our restaurants. The horse symbolizes the original Forbidden City in China, which was built for China's first emperor Qin Shi Huangdi. via LibroBien! Un point que je dirais par contre & que plusieurs restaurants du même type font. Avec les réservations autour de 17h & des jeunes enfants, un service plus rapide serait apprécié. On avait réservé à 17h15 pour 5, avec 3 jeunes enfants, & on a attendu plus de 1h avant de se faire servir. Souvent, lorsqu'on va dans un restaurant, même si c'est pas "familial", on prend tout de suite notre commande & la nourriture arrive plus vite que si on était juste des adultes. Ça fait en sorte qu'on revient plus rapidement disons :-) & pour vous ça libère une table plus vite. Win/Win!

Very disappointing. Children had to wait so long. Even for dessert! We finished our coffee before the ice-cream finally arrived.
As for my Chang chicken, which used to be my favorite, the sauce had been changed, & I had no desire to bring leftovers home.
