Advantages: -Space specifically for gluten free -Red plates for whoever orders from the gluten free menu & is dining-in -Employees were nice -Just loved the toppings on my pizza Disadvantages: -Restaurant always empty, no customers dining-in -So expensive! I ordered two pizzas, & my bill was approximately $60 -The dough of my two pizzas were overcooked & really dense -For approximately $30, a small-sized pizza with just 4 slices is so ridiculous -Had no idea how much did the pizza cost when I was looking at the menu, so where are the prices? Good opportunity to try, but I'm never going back there again. With a restaurant this empty, I'm waiting till I hear the news that the restaurant is bankrupt or out of business or something. Whoever opened this restaurant does not understand the concept of how to open & operate a restaurant or business properly.

Update: The restaurant manager was very responsive to the concern I raised & made sure to address the issue. Excellent service because many restaurants will just ignore issues without addressing it. Thank you to the manager. Went to pick up lunch today at this restaurant today & came home to discover that they disn't even peel label off the peppers. Not sanitary. Hope the restaurant rectify this.

We had an amazing & delicious meal while on vacation in Montreal. They have a special allergy menu & were able to accommodate our child with allergies. We also were extremely impressed with the food!

Très bon restaurent pour les coeliaques, y a beaucoup de choix sans gluten & les personnels font très attention à la contamination croisée. Je recommande vivement ce restaurent

We were warmly received & sat at our table. Waiter was excellent & when he was told one of our guests was gluten intolerant, he immediately swapped out the cutlery & made sure she got a gluten free bread roll. Crab cakes were ok, a little mushy & fishy for my taste. The arancini were good but on the small side. Pizzas & pastas were very good. I understand that with BYOB restaurants, that their prices are usually higher but found the pricing too high. $31 for a small gluten free pizza & my Americans was $27 but had to add $3 because I went with the PAN version. A bit too pricey for this category of eats.

Newest review ,July 2024 ,all you can eat mussels. Food good,service good,but prices are getting too high .2 meals,no entrees or dessert or coffee 88$ with tax & tip.Pricey Most recent Feb 2024 dinner special on pasta night at restaurant, food was excellent good service,prices on special reasonable. Decent meal & service,although a bit rushed asked server to wait between entree & main dishes but both came at nearly same time.

Service was very slow & restaurant was half full. We went for my daughter's birthday she loves being able to check off what to eat in their kid's menu. We were 6 which includes my two kids & it was very long. My daughter did not get her meal first which is the usual at other restaurants mainly the Ottavio in laval. I had to pace outside with my son in his stroller because it took so long to get the bill, I paced close to half an hour. Much quicker & better service at the Laval location. New menu items were interesting, we had the zucchini fritter it was tasty. Left disappointed on the service front.

Nous avons bien aimé notre expérience au Ottavio. Les pâtes étaient succulentes, la décoration du restaurant était moderne & le service était rapide. Attendez vous toutefois à mettre le prix car c'est quand même assez dispendieux pour le type de nourriture qui est servie.

Resto BYOW. Bon pour les fêtes. Beaucoup de places. Beau décor. Grand stationnement. Bon menu avec une bonne sélection de pâtes & pizza. La nourriture est bonne. Je préfère la pizza.
