I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Iván, the waiter who attended to me. I arrived at the restaurant yesterday feeling very down, going through a tough day… but his smile, his positive energy, & his genuine charisma completely turned my mood around.
From the very first moment, he approached me with contagious joy & admirable professionalism. Iván & Julio knows the menu perfectly, explained each dish to me in detail & with great patience, & helped me make an excellent choice with his kindness & knowledge.
It wasn't just great service - it was a human experience that made me feel seen, heard, & truly valued. I left the restaurant with a big smile thanks to him.
