The 4 Origins Brewing Company's mission is to commemorate Montreal's brewing heritage as this great city continues to thrive. Our brewery was founded to pay tribute to the local community, to innovate and collaborate with other local businesses, to help educate patrons on the brewing process, and above all else, to brew quality, independent beer that Montrealers can be proud of!

Very nice little hidden spot! The salmon tartare was good, but the highlight for me was the mushroom pizza! So tasty! Must try! Made sure to keep a piece for leftover. Some items on the menu seem a bit expensive as they don't include any sides in the price either. Service wise it was great up until the end when it was time to pay. It felt like our table was slightly ignored for new customers. Would have put a 4 overall, but the pizza alone deserved nothing less than a 5. ThanksView more

La bière est relativement bonne, c'est pas wow, mais ça fait la job. La bouffe... Aïe, coup dur. «Overpriced», sous portionné, les accompagnements aux repas sont non-inclus & encore là je tiens à le redire, c'est «overpriced». J'ai commandé une burger de poulet frit & honnêtement très déçu. Poulet rempli de «tiraille» & de tendons, pratiquement aussi dur que la roche. Ma conjointe a commandé une assiette de cavatelli & pour 26$ elle avait un fond d'assiette à peine rempli... Bref, très décevant.View more

I don't even know where to start - if I could give 10 stars, I would! This past weekend, I hosted my dad's surprise 70th birthday party for around 40 guests at Origine Brass, & I have nothing but the highest praise for the incredible staff who went above & beyond, making sure everything was flawless. Marc-André, the manager, was exceptional, working closely with me for weeks to plan the shared menu & coordinate the setup. His support turned my nerves into excitement, as he handled every detail with care. On the night of the event, our waiter, Justin, was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive & warm, checking in with me throughout the evening to ensure everyone had their drinks & dishes on time. The service was flawless - executed with such warmth & ease. My guests couldn't stop raving about the food & the ambiance; everyone was saying how they couldn't wait to return. Adding a personal touch, Dimo, their talented performer, welcomed my dad with a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday" right as he walked in for his big surprise! My dad was beyond touched & kept saying how perfect the venue was, allowing everyone to mingle freely & enjoy a truly memorable evening. I can't recommend Origine Brass highly enough for West Island events - they're absolute professionals, & your event will be unforgettable in their capable hands. Thank you, Marc-André, Justin, the talented kitchen team, & all the staff involved in making the night a success, I wish I knew everyone's name to shout them out! An amazing new addition to West-Island! Their beers offer fresh & new experience, & food is hearty & delicious. It is now one of our favourite spots to visit for a relaxed meal or a gathering with friends. The way the space is set up is ingenious as it allows larger groups to coexist with smaller more intimate gatherings where the noise doesn't carry through. Highly recommend!View more

Such a great overall location & worth a visit. I was surprised on a lovely Saturday evening in August that it wasn't busier. They have a great patio with room for larger groups & there is lots of seating inside as well. Service was very friendly & attentive. My server Ioana was great & took good care of me. In terms of beer you have lots of options & styles but the Montreal State of Mind IPA was my pick. It's smooth without tasting so much like an IPA. I went with the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich & it was bigger & than I imagined. It's not too spicy, just enough of a kick to pair perfectly with a beer or two. There's a parking lot next to the brewery & free street parking too.View more

Run, dont walk to Origine Brass. It's a great spot in the West Island. The vibe is great, the brews are delicious & there is wine/cocktails for those who dont partake in beer. The menu has something for everyone, including sourdough pizza. It's very wheelchair friendly & great for families. If you havent gone yet, I recommend you do. Did I mention the staff is really kind & knowledgable about the beers & the menu. Enjoy!View more

We were 6 that came for my birthday & it wasn't busy. We arrived at 5:30 & we weren't served our food until about 7:15. We had to leave by 7:30 so we literally had to eat fast. Our service was extremely disappointing & beyond slow. So slow that they had to cancel my birthday cake surprise & my friends didn't get to sing ne happy birthday. They weren't even busy & we had to keep asking other servers to get our waitress. She was being shadowed by a new waiter & he really didn't do anything but talk behind the bar to his other coworkers. Won't be coming back. The food was ok.View more
